@@appelsiini465 hey aava, i don't know too much of this stuff, but, if it helps, try to drink a lot more water before your meals, make a lot of hit workouts (they help a lot!) And also, you don't need to restrict your food like 100% but try recipes without flour, or instead of bread eat a banana pancake... i hope that'll help you somehow : )

Like the world has such a messed up view on health, people think eating healthy is having salads every day and everything sugar free, never having treats. i have been binge eating for over 5 months now, till i found yr channel a month ago on intuitive eating. n omg u have no idea how much it changed me. my abs start showing, my body is getting smaller, my muscles are toner. n its crazy how much i can eat, n still get toned, compared to when i was on a diet, n gain hella lots pf weight till the point i gained 3 kg. thank you so much for showing a realistic diet n showing the importance of eating when yr body feels like it. ;)

OMG it's so real when I saw the 'actually crying' moment. I workout everyday with Pamela, and it's killing LOL. BTW, highly recommend a pair of indoor shoes and a yoga mat. They will protect your knees, toes and waist way better than your foam mat.

You've really inspired my recovery, I've been trying to change my mindset, as long as I exercise an hour a day I'll burn enough that I can eat without guilt. It's a healthy balance. I'm slowly working my way up to workout for an hour a day, 10 minutes so far.

i’ve been struggling with disordered eating and this past month the restricting / overeating cycle got really bad .... obsessing over the food, tracking every calorie, eating in a severe calorie deficit during the day and then eating for comfort late at night and exercising just to burn calories. My mental and physical health was very bad and only getting worse until last night I decided i had to change or i would never be happy or healthy ... watching your videos at first stressed me out (no calorie tracking and eating lots of food lol) but they slowly have helped me realize food isn’t scary; it’s fuel and should be enjoyed. Today is the first day in months where I haven’t tracked my calories and eaten less than half of my maintenance calories, and it is the first day in months where food wasn’t controlling my day or my mental health. I’m gonna keep working on eating to fuel my body and creating balance in my life and I genuinely wanna thank you for being so raw and real with your videos and helping me find food freedom that I’ve never felt before.❤️

i honestly love your channel!! i actually really struggle with food now, and constantly try to restrict myself from some of my favourite unhealthy foods as i get anxious thinking about gaining weight when i'm making progress. i just turn to a healthy alternative instead, which does help sometimes. other times, i just try to ignore the cravings. it's a pain, aha, but seeing this has actually inspired me more to be comfortable with the foods i eat. i remember having a small bite of a brownie and i was tempted to make myself throw up lmao, fortunately i know better than to do that. but this really did help me, sending you lots of love linda!! :)

i wat eggs or pancakes in the morning regular pancakes btw 7:30 after breakfast: go up stairs and drink water and watch tv with some fruit drink or just fruit 1:00 is lunch: i have a sandwich like ham and cheese hay stuff dinner anytime after 3 hours!! i eat whatever i want there i had my protein so i’m fine!! workout: i’m on day 3 of chloe ting do some more workouts from other people time: the time i workout is morning at night and between lunch basically after all my meals!! tips!! never give up u will get results i promise!!! drink water all day if u get fast food get the small portions!! try staying away from going out to eat bc u would want to eat ur fav foods!!💕✨✨

I used to have the same appetite as you do but 4 months ago, I decided to stop eating food with high carbs and has totally given up my favourite spaghetti pasta and rice. It felt really good losing weight and feeling light and now that I have finally reached my weight goal, I want to maintain it but I also find myself being too restrictive of what I eat even though I workout almost everyday. lately ive been watching what i eats where people avoid sugar, fats and carbs (which is okay if it works for u) so i adopted their diet (and went vegan, for the sole purpose of restricting) and it worked for a few weeks and then i crashed and have been constantly binging for the past two days after watching ur videos i finally feel ready to enjoy food again and not dread it and nourish my body and i love u

I loved this video so much! I got a lot of great ideas and definitely want to make those almond flour chocolate chip cookies :) a little tip since you want to grow your booty - up your protein and see if that helps! I used to think I was eating enough protein until I started tracking and realized it wasn’t enough. Since upping my protein, I’ve noticed more booty gains and less snacking during the day!
