GF Choc Granola:
- 2 cups quinoa flakes
- 1 cup cashews
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Baked at 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes, turning once
Creamy sundried tomato pasta sauce (serves 3-4):
- 3/4 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour
- 15 sundried tomato halves
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 + 1/4 cups water
Blended in Vitamix until smooth
Nachos (Serves 2):
Nachos served with corn chips, charred corn, store-bought salsa and spring onions
Cashew Cheese Sauce:
- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour
- 1 cup water
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Blended in Vitamix until smooth
Guacamole:
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mashed until desired consistency
Smokey Black Beans:
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Fried for 5-10 minutes
Cauliflower & Butter Bean Curry (serves 2-3):
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 sprigs spring onion, chopped finely
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegeta (veggie stock)
- 1/2 tbsp yellow curry powder
- 400ml coconut cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- large handful of spinach
Fry spring onion in large saucepan in coconut oil. Add all ingredients (except spinach) in large saucepan and cook for 20 minutes. Add spinach at the end and cook for a further 5 mins. Serve with rice and coconut yoghurt.
Smokey Black Bean Chilli (serves 2):
- 1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 can black beans, washed
- 1 cup passata
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Cook all ingredients over medium heat in a large saucepan for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
Pancakes (makes 6-7 pancakes):
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Blend well in a vitamix, add choc-chips if desired.
Cookies (makes 8-12 cookies, dependent on size):
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp flaxmeal + 3 tbsp water (1 flax egg)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 70g vegan white chocolate
Mix butter, vanilla, sugar and flax egg together until well combined. Add buckwheat flour, almond meal, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add white chocolate and mix lightly. Roll into balls and bake on a lined baking tray for 20 mins at 190 degrees celcius.
Herby Avo Smash (serves 2):
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- pinch of pink salt
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp dill
- small handful of parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

i love how realistic this is! Most people are like "hey i had one slice of toast for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch and tofu and veggies for dinner" and i'm sitting here like.... that's one meal, not 3 😂

I used to think that that was very little, but the last month I have been gluten free and dairy free. I'm realizing that because I eat so many more veggies and also lentils and things with lots of fiber that I get fuller faster. I think my appetite got smaller and I stay fuller faster. It's pretty cool to see that change. So now I can totally believe that toast, smoothie and tofu veggies can be a full day's meals. It's really a matter of what type of bread you get and what do you put on the bread, and what do you put in the smoothie. If you have lots of fiber, protein, and different vitamins then for sure it will fill you up.

I struggle so much to find meals that don’t just contain meat when they’re gluten free! As a celiac I seem to not be allowed to have chosen to be vegetarian so I’m excited by this video!

Hey! my mom has celiac disease and we all had to adapt because of it. In most grocery stores, they have an entire gluten free section full of yummy snacks and food. Itll take a little while to get used to it, but it will definitley get better!

Hey I have had celiac since I was 4 (14 now) and trust me it gets better! It starts becoming way easier and you just fit in every now and then you’ll get craving but when you start ignoring them you’ll get better at it. Hope this helps!

Friday Rice paper bacon seems to be THE THING of this year. I have to finally give it a go :D Also, you breakfast seems so delicious! Textures, flavors- just perfect (especially considering I am a savoury-brekkie person). Never eaten any proper ramen, and the one your friend made makes me feel like I am seriously missing out. Will have to find a spot or make one myself soon!

Thank you so much for this video! I've recently became lactose intolerant and I believe I'm gluten intolerant. There's so many things to avoid. I haven't really been eating the best with this transition. All the recipes you made look delicious. I'm so inspired. This was so helpful. I also feel really inspired to make vegan friends. You mentioned you were new to the gluten free pancake game. I make these every morning and wanted to share because they are delicious and couldn’t be easier. Just be sure to use gluten free oats. In your vitamix, mix the following: 1 cup oats, 1 cup soy milk, 1 banana, and a sprinkle of baking powder. It’s so easy and course you can change it up and add in frozen blueberries, cinnamon, etc.

so impressed with your channel. Thank you for the recipes, i cant wait to try them! Its 5am in Oregon and im starving from watching your delicious options. Im going into my 5th month of plant based and gluten free lifestyle. I try to do it atleast 4 months a year since 3 years ago, but I feel it will last longer than usual especially with your options. Ive lost 30 lbs with out exercise and I feel great. I love how I can eat as much as I want and still feel energized and the sick feeling is gone! And of course I feel better for the difference im making in our world. Thank you again!

Idk if anyone is interested...but being gf and dairy free or vegan is super hard and this is honestly my fav 🍪 recipe u can easily sub the egg for flax or chia but trust me it’s sooo good: 🍪🍪🍪: 200g FREEE Plain White Flour (or any gf plain flour blend) 150g sugar ½ tsp FREEE Bicarbonate of Soda ½ tsp FREEE Xanthan Gum pinch of salt 50ml oil (I use sunflower) 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 egg 75g dark chocolate chips oil, for tray

Easier pancake idea: 1 medium sweet potato 1 egg Poke holes in your sweet potato and put in microwave for 5 minutes. Peel the skin off and mix the potato with the egg. Add cinnamon, syrup, etc as you like! Pour mixture as regular pancake!

I like how simple and easy your recipes are and we have almost the same body type so it’s nice to see more of that on social media!!! I'm a vegetarian and was doing okay until I started getting ill. By a long process of elimination, I found out I'd become gluten intolerant. I found it really limiting especially when going out to eat. But there's a lot of really good ideas here. I was just eating cereal for breakfast, and as I'm also diabetic, it wasn't lasting me until lunch. I think the avocado toast may be a good option as it has a good amount of healthy fat in it. I'm also going to try the granola, but leave out the chocolate and maple syrup.

Im not a nurtitionist/dietitian, but I have to ask.. What do you do for omega 3 and b12? Do you supplement? B12 can be found in fortified milks, but it is so important that you take a b12 vitamin at least a few times a week, as it is not present in plantfoods. Some vegan burgers at Woolworths have added b12 by the way. Omega 3s can be found in Hemp seeds, chia, flax, and walnuts and it is so important that you are consuming omega 3s in any diet! Some vegan doctors recommend that on top of this, taking an algae-derived (rather than fish oil) Omega 3 dha or dha/epa supplement 2-4 times a week. B12 supplements can be found in supermarkets and chemists, but Im not sure about Omega3 dha/epa being ubiquitous (I got mine from woolworths.) It is also suggested that in winter, to take a Vitamin D3 supplement, however, D2 can suffice.

oh my gosh I just recently discovered this channel and I love everything about it, I love her she’s so sweet and so inspirational and her food is so good it’s unbelievable. It finally gave me a push to go vegan even though my parents are heavy meat and dairy eaters. You are so inspirational and amazing I love what you’re doing so keep going forward with it! (Btw that pb and cacao smoothie is the best thing in the world and I’m addicted now)

Not sure if you use it already but you can get gluten free Vegemite tastes the same but gentler on the stomach for those gluten sensitive 😊 love your videos!

use glutenfree oats as flour for pancakes, works super well :) I just blend the oats myself instead of buying already made oatelour, much cheaper.
