Hi there, I would recommend to avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white bread, white rice and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death. I would encourage to adopt or work towards a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it). Best wishes 💙💙💙

Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your condition. Regarding the diet, i personally would encourage to work towards eliminating all animal protein out of one's diet as it is nearly the cause of all diseases. Please aim for a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. Today was first time i came acrossed your channel. New to plant based living. Going on 3 months now and Ive lost 20 lbs, which im ecstatic about since losing weight has always been so difficult for me. I am close to following a vegan lifestyle, but im not 100 percent there yet maybe 97%, so im close. Love finding people out here who are feeding their families well and who make eating vegan look fun and amazing. Thank u for posting the content of what you put in your dishes. Im glad i found you! Keep up the great job. We all need the inspiration.

Just came across u today. Out if all the vegan vids I will say your food looks the most tasty, savory, colorful and appears as nutritious as some of the others. Oil is a bit more than I use but your dishes are so delightful to look @ and the simplicity of the ingredients u use are ones anyone can get their hands on. Love all the peppers and colors because I use them too. Thanks for the additional vegan ideas! 💗💗💗

Hello Vegan sister, the first thing I noticed was your skin and naturally white teeth compliments of eating healthy..! My body reacts to the packaged vegetable protein products, they cause my ankle to swell. So I use portobello mushrooms in place of the vegan meats. Invite me over for dinner, I promise to wash the dishes...lol

Hi there, Our bodies, by design, are not designed to subsist upon 'dead' animal flesh indeed. Animal protein also ought to be avoided at all cost as it is, from gathered information, the cause of nearly all diseases e.g processed meats such as salted meats are classified as carcinogenic to humans in Group 1, which is as bad as it can get, where as plant foods are classified as anti-cancer foods. I, personally, would recommend to adopt a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system.
