I loved this mindset chat! It was a topic I didn't know I needed, so chat about whatever comes to mind! I'm hear to listen ❤️ One topic that comes to mind for me is how to to be able to relax at a meal when everywhere around me is chaos. I am a homeschool mom of 4 children- 8,5,3, and 1 and I love them dearly, but they make meal times hot mess express a lot of the times. I LOVE my lunch salad with potatoes, but I find myself rushing through it because I am needed else where. I want to relax and enjoy my food. I want to be mindful and savor the experience and then move on with my afternoon with my sweet kiddos.

Dear Emmie, do you know how much help I found this video to be? You won't know because it is more than I can express clearly to you! Your words are so wise and I even wrote them down!! The thoughts and words we are speaking are moving our lives in the direction it takes. You are so sweet to make these kind of video's that you are sharing yourself and being an example of how to live counter culture and achieve health within an unsupportive environment where we need to consciously do different to get different. Thank you so much for this video and the work you do!!! 😍

I so laughed out loud when you talked about initially having your KZbin channel with one subscriber - your mom. ...Great recommendation. I am one of those people who lost 90 pounds but did not feel any better - because my mindset had not changed. Thank you, Emmie!

This was fun! Maybe another topic could be how to react and deal with doubters or those who challenge your way of eating? It would be interesting to hear if that has happened to you and how you dealt with it. 🙂

I loved this video and the mindset hack that you shared. I had the feeling you described when I finished my SOS program. I felt proud, joyful, accepting of my body - finally, and free. Somehow, over the past two years, since I finished the program, I have started the "old" talk. I have been working on my mindset and this is a very good exercise to include. Thank you for "visiting" Emmie. I know I will get those feelings back again...sooner than later. Sparkles, joy, and blessings! ✨🥳🙏💕

Love Love, Love this video. Yes, please! Make more videos like this! I found this mindset shift so helpful. You made it make so much sense and doable. Thanks! I was the person who lost 100 pounds (years ago) but never felt like that was really me. I ended up never getting all the way to my goal, yo-yoing for years, and eventually gaining 50 pounds back. Now I have 60 pounds to lose, and I fall into the category of feeling like I'll never get there because I've tried so many times. I love your channel. Your clear and calm and straightforward approach. Thanks. ❤ I'm going to start implementing this mindset shift TODAY!😊

This was such a great video, very empowering, I loved the idea of trying the costume on and how if its difficult thats because you are training your brain... Brilliant! You are right about the eat with me videos because you are demonstrating the ' mirror neurons ' which ive been reading about and how they are much more important than people have realised so its great to see you eating this healthy food. I loved that you talked about addiction and processed food addiction because Dr Fuhrman is the only doctor that addresses it and that topic is huge, I think its the elephant in the room. I think the fact that you are talking about it is immensely helpful. I just love you ❤💚❤💚😻😽💕

This was really nice. I loved the casual vibe that we were eating lunch together during my work day. Your insights about adopting the mindset of my ideal self now, was so interesting to me. Thank you for sharing that! Future content ideas: more mindset insights around eating this way amongst temptations (friends/family eating former favorite foods, etc), ideas to incorporate healthy movement and activity into a sedentary desk job, journal prompt ideas. I liked the closed eyes future self visualization - I found that to be empowering and motivating - would love more of that too! Grateful for your passion and everything you do🌺🤍

It may sound trivial but I would love to hear about water retention and bloating on a vegan diet. I have tried no less than 50 times in my life (I'm 43) to live this lifestyle and even after 6 weeks I look pregnant and hold on to at least 5 lbs of water. I also end up getting yeast infections (sorry TMI). Have you had clients with these issues also? It's so discouraging but ultimately it's enough to make me stop every time.

I LOVE this style of videos the most. 🤍 as a previous client of yours I got so much value out of the program. What I stay watching your videos, every single one, even though I know the nutrition is because of threat continued relationship, accountability, connection and staying inspired. 🫶🏼 what would truly be helpful and interesting is conversations around your journey with body image, if you’ve ever struggled in any area of body and food, advice for someone navigating disordered eating patterns and stress around incorporating new foods like healthy fats back into the diet.
