I am very grateful to see you without wearing any slippers plz don't mind I told you that earlier that cook food for krishna without any chappal but it's true I am a hindu and also an Indian from childhood I saw that my mom , grandmother made bhog for krishna after bath and all that so I thought I should told you we always respect your radhe radhe happy ekadhashi

You are really so sweet Mila, you acquired taste and liking for an herb only because you wanted to be more Indian! Food is the most difficult change one can bring to his/her lifestyle, one can adjust with weather, locality, culture, philosophy, but most personal and most adamant is our taste buds and eating habit preferences to overcome. You nailed it, you have already transcended aahara passion and you are literally adhering to BG 17:7-8-9-10 verses in your day to day life. Hats off to you... Also one tip for sabudana - instead of boiling in hot water, it needs to be washed and soaked in water for 2 hours; that way they do not come out sticky, also are easier to digest.

From now on I will soak the Sabudana as I got so many comments on that part 😊 Yeah, I still am amazed about the fresh coriander story...its smell was too strong and unfamiliar to me so I was avoiding corinader like anything until my Indian friend said that 😂 Hare Krishna ❤

Hare Krishna Mila.. I hope you are doing good.. I am a vegan and I rarely eat onions or garlic.. I hadn't eaten them for 3 years but I bought them and they are sitting forlornly on top of my fridge as I had told you before.. 😄...Its amazing that a westerner is more devout in following our dharma than many Hindus.. Even I am Vegan however I do eat Garlic and Onion because sometimes it's very difficult to give up eating some of Old Eating Habbits.😊....I mean if I had to be Honest with Lord Krishna, Krishna Bhakts who are so True and Devoted to Lord Krishna just like Mila Mata.

@@vksomji Oh its ok to eat onions and garlic.. I don't eat them.. Not for the spiritual reasons but because I have problems cutting the onions.. Or peeling the garlic.. I am definitely not spiritual like Mila.. 😞..though a senior citizen myself.. I think the main thing is to abstain from dairy and animal products.. JAI SHREE RAMA Ji 🙏🚩🙏

I belong to a Family who eats both Vegetarian (which includes Garlic Onions) and Non Vegetarian food (Chicken and Fish), however since it's only me in my Family who is Vegetarian and it's only me in my Family who Like, Love to read ISKCON Bhagvad Gita, chant, listen to the Mahamantra and at the same time also have belief, faith in Bhagavad Gita, Mahamantra so, I usually practice the activity of cleaning the Kitchen Platform daily similar to what you have shown in this particular Vlog from 0:45 to 1:01. Hare Krishna Mila Didi.. i am very impressed that you follow the Hindu Sanatan Dharma and loving Shri Krishna.. Just suggestion mostly Indians dont use curry leaves, Coriander,Jeera and ginger in fast recipie (if you r having during Fast),.. just add Ghee,Soaked 2 -3hrs Sabudana, boiled Potates,Groundnut powder and Salt. Hello dear Mila sister, Jai shree Krishna💐🙏, myself Sandhya from Pune, India. I have been watching your videos since some time now and i have been loving the content. You have motivated us to do Japa and offer bhog to Shri krishna everyday😊❤. In this video you are making sabudana khichdi, if you don't mind i would like to offer you some advice, try it Maharashtrian style. Soak the sabudana overnight/7hrs , and then give the tadka and cook it for 5 mins. The sabudana will be sticky and clumpy if you wil boil.. Instead soak it. 😊Hare krishna

Hare Krishna Mila, I like your videos, you motivate me to be more spiritual when I see how beautifully you cook and take care of your Radha Shyam Sundar. I would like to give you one small tip for the Khichdi. If you would like your khichdi to be less sticky and the pearls separate from one another, just soak the sabudana a night before ekadashi. Soak it in water sufficient to cover the pearls, the water should be till the level your pearls are this will help the pearls to be separate and not stick together. You can look for some videos and see how its done. But if you like the khichdi in the consistency you make then please ignore my suggestion. Appreciate all the efforts you take to please Krishna 😊

Hare kṛṣṇa 🙏 Dandawat Pranam maiya.🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️ Maiya there is one trick to make sabudana khichdi I felt to share with you We soak Sabudana one night before in water , and after 1 hr we remove the water Then we keep the sabudana covered until next day Then sabudana will come out very soft and it will not stick to each other ☺️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♂️🙏 Thakur ji would also love to eat 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

Mataji, u can soak the tapioca/sabudana for 4/5 hours or overnight in little water..thrn no need to boil the tapioca
