I have been doing your workouts in your summer body program. I loovveee them! They are hard especially the full body one, but I can tell that I have started seeing results on my body especially when I incorporate them with healthy diet, which is low carb and high protein n fat because personally my body doesn’t really respond well to carbs. Thanks to you too for helping me to be more observant on how my body responds to foods. And Im happy that your channel has been growing really well. Love you from Indonesia! 😘😘

Took me awhile to understand that 😅 So, thanks for always giving lots of information and spreading awareness to a lot of people that diet is about finding what works for your body to improve the health and the functionality, and of course the importance of training to get the body that we want. 😘😘

Talk about coconut obession !!! My main issue is that sometimes im doing late night workouts or working all day and way to tired to work out feeling guilty. But i love the workouts and i usually do a 15 min substained run if i miss a workout and im supposed to be walking for 30 mins.

It's really hard when there's a super chef at home with delicious food on the table, so I feel you! It requires a lot of discipline so don't get discouraged if you find it hard. Maybe give yourself smaller goals, example try eat cleaner for just two weeks while you're doing the program so you can see the difference. Where you go after that, depends, but set smaller goals first.

I've got shoes from all the major brands but I love Adidas the most as it's super comfy for me and they also look the prettiest! Yes definitely get a good pair of shoes for working out even at home so your feet don't hurt.

Okay please someone help even though nobody’s going to see this. I feel dumb writing this; whatever. I’ve been eating 800 calories but ate like crap so I started gaining fat. I wanted to be healthier and lose that fat so I started eating more and healthier. Now that I’m eating super clean and fresh, and eating 1200 calories I’m gaining fat in my stomach still, faster then before! Even if someone does see this they probably won’t know. But if someone does please let me know. I’m breaking down and just thinking about giving up. I’m 16F, 100lb and 5’6. Please for the love of god someone help me

I don’t know why you are gaining weight , but I will say this . Based on the information you have given , you are currently underweight . You don’t need to loose weight , you need to gain it . U also definitely need to be eating more than 1200 calories a day . U should eat probably around 2000 calories a day or more if ur an active person . Just eat generally healthy whole foods as Chloe recommends , and try to exercise a little each day if u want to feel healthier . As for your stomach problem , maybe it’s just bloating and not fat? I think Chloe has a few videos on how to help reduce bloating .
