Buying a house is one or the most important purchase of your life, I recommend anyone who is thinking about buying one to learn as much as possible about How to buy it. I feel that universities should open courses to teach students early in life all the things they need to know, because it can become very overwhelming quickly

Hi..what has been the biggest headache if being a homeowner? As a single female still renting, I always think about pipes bursting and flooding the home specially in the winter (TX), roof leaks, clogged toilet, leaking faucet ....things that can cost about $20 to a couple of hundred dollars to fix depending on what it is just by going to a home depot and buying the part, but I would have to pay a company to come out and fix it and because I don't know any better, they will charge me 3 or 4 times what it actually is and I would just pay it....thigs like that is what keep me from purchasing a home. 😕 Any advise? Thank you in advance 🙏🏽
