Saving six is the next one in the boys of Tommen series, and it’s Joey’s story, saving six is from his first year of school to the incident I think, and redeeming six is a new timeline after everything. When I read it I didn’t feel like it was repetitive, but then again you have to go through the pain twice. I didn’t mind because I love these books with my whole heart (mostly because they RIPPED it out of me) I hope you like them when you read them! Pd: I feel like it’s important to point out that they describe with detail drug abuse and addiction, just so you know 😅

Love the video Rachel! You read saving 6 then redeeming 6. Saving 6 goes back to when joey was 12 up until the end of binding 13 if i remember correctly and redeeming 6 goes over keeping 13 and a little after. I didnt find it repetitive as only a few of the scenes appear in the 13 books and the 6 six books and reeading them in the other POV is sooo different.

Saving 6 starts a few years before binding 13 and then it slowly overlaps the timeline of binding/keeping 13. But it was definitely not repetitive

saving 6 is def different than b13+k13 but redeeming 6 basically overlaps both b13+k13. but it was only a handful of scenes that were overlapped if i’m remembering correctly. the times when joey would constantly leave the house and we didn’t know where he was, we get all of that in redeeming 6. like it still had way different scenes than what we saw in the first two books especially since we had aoife pov! it ends off differently as well & it’s worth reading tbh!

So in Saving 6, it goes back to when Joey was 12 and met Aiofe, but also the day Daniel left. It then stretches on throughout the next six years of his life till he is 18, where it ends around the time Binding 13 starts, when Shannon switches to going to Tommen. Redeeming 6 is then everything that happened during Binding, and keeping 13, but on Joeys POV. I wouldnt say that it is repetitive per-se. Because there was a lot of times Joey was gone during B&K 13. But even on the scenes that are repetitive, you dont mind because Joeys POV of things is so interesting vs Shannons. And then I believe Redeeming 6 goes on just slightly after Keeping 13 ended, but that was mostly the epilogues.

Ahhh I felt exactly like you re binding and keeping 13. I wouldn’t recommend the books because of the abuse and pain aspect. I will never ever forget these books and I’m not sure in a good way lol! Chloe Welsh hints that Shannon story with Johnny is her life story. Joey book one is him 12-18years old. Book 2 is overlap with Shannan story but from an adult pov. Things that you question in Shannon's book are answered in his book. His story is hart breaking. Tw: Drugs & abuse

Yea, because it is a lot of romance, but personally I think if you want to read fantasy and get a good impression of it first then read the Medoran Chronicles by Lynette Noni because it was the first Fantasy series I ever read and it made me fall in love with the genre. It is still my favourite series ever!!
