Will you be doing content on preparing for the half marathon?
@mariahakinbi5 ай бұрын
hmmm I wasn't planning on it, but maybe I could - any particular type of video?
@ellejaym31625 ай бұрын
Idk I ran a half marathon once and I like seeing other people running. Maybe weekly updates on your training what you eat in a day .

What do you use on your skin for skin care? I have the same complexion but struggle with acne and darkspots
@mariahakinbi5 ай бұрын
hi! what have you tried so far? I use 4 things: 1. FACEWASH: cerave renewing SA cleanser - morning and night (I get oily during the day). I ran out of my panoxyl wash last month which I use if I think i might get some acne or just every so often. 2. LOTION: cetaphil - morning and night after washing my face 3. SUNSCREEN: supergoop unseen sunscreen 4. RETINOID: arazlo at night (rx from my dermatologist) honestly, i'd recommend talking to a dermatologist to see what would work best, b/c there's different types of acne and treatments. but in general people recommend a cleanser, a lotion, a retinoid (like arazlo), and a sunscreen - skin care routines don't have to be complicated! I used to get facials (salicylic, glycolic, and later TCA) in 2019 - 2021ish and that helped with my skin texture (and acne) so much. I could show you pictures of how bad my acne and texture were around then. you might try starting with the panoxyl face wash for the acne and then try to get a retinoid for the dark spots (and also acne) - these can be very drying, so be sure to have some lotion and ease into using them.
