Would love you to do like a series of this. I really like hearing about other people's spending (even when it's not perfect) because it makes me think about how I use my money. In reality, no weeks are the same. I also travel fairly often, and like you, I want to be able to treat a friend if they're visiting. I'd love to see you do this every so often (maybe seasonally?) if you were interested. Like it'd be cool to see you do this around Christmas or a friend's wedding in addition to less eventful weeks. I find it helps so much to make money feel less stressful when others are willing to openly discusss it.

For those commenting about her rent, it's actually not that bad (for her area, the townhome prices [aka HOAs, misc fees] and the amount of space that she has). The total monthly fee is $1,796.30 per month. I know a friend living right by UC Irvine paying $2,065 a month for a small studio APARTMENT which is not including utilities and her parking space charge. You all have to consider the cost of living in California is outrageous and in order to live in a "nice part" (in comparison to new, suburban areas) of Los Angeles it is even more expensive. I would pay extra for the safety and the security of myself and my belongings as a woman living with another female roommate.

Just found your channel!!! ❤️ ✨SUBSCRIBED✨ I love the way your videos are made and your whole esthetic! LOVE that California does that with plastic bags! I’m in Iowa and we still have plastic bags in the plenty sadly 😢 $105 for an oil change just made me nauseous! Here it’s about $40 and about the same to do it yourself but you get to pick the better quality filter and oil when you do it yourself! You are such a very money wise person it seems already! You also already seen where you know you can do it better i mean like the coffee, that SOOO many people are used to paying everyday! My house mortgage on a $58,000 house monthly is about $260, and $60 for house insurance, I don’t have property taxes escrowed so we account for them like a regular bill. $70-$90 for 2 people for dinner with some lunches for a week. $30 a week for gas for myself and $50 for my boyfriends truck. Just some of my bills for ya! My highest is US Cellular which is a cell phone company. Myself and my boyfriend both have iPhone X from last year with will be paid off next June, and both have Apple watches that will be paid off in September 2020. Then I have a 2018 12.9” IPad with the matching keyboard and it’s my baby (next to my dog Ragnar) so that bill is total about $318 with myself paying $184 and my boyfriend paying $134. He doesn’t pay the cost of the payment on my tablet.

Hawaii is very expensive. The normal for going out on a decent restaurant is about $25-30/person plus tip. Fast food here I'd say is about $15/person. Rent with a roommate averages $700/800/month. I have a mortgage which is about $3100/month. Homes are just really expensive over here. Food is one of the biggest expensve here because of how the shipping works with America. Average groceries is 800/1200/month per person to family. If you make $86k per year per person they consider you low income here. I shop in bulk for my family to try to keep groceries low but I still hit about $1200-1500/month for 2 adults/2toddlers.
