If I had a Chaty Vallauris mirror and KNEW it was a Chaty Vallauris mirror, I wouldn't sell it for 80 bucks on a fleamarket, I would sell it properly through an antiques store... The back looks different from the antique ones you find online as well. Perhaps it actually WAS from Target, lol.
@rachelbowlow99255 жыл бұрын
It’s not from target, there’s doesn’t have the twisting around the mirror, the actual frame is flat from target. But it could be from somewhere else? I’m not sure. It’s really hard to tell. But the real thing has twisting like hers.

Here in the Philippines, we call the smallest "basket" bilao and it is typically used, until now, during gatherings as a serving dish (with al.foil on top) for barbeques, fried chicken, pansit (a type of noodles) etc. Bilao is also being used by certain restaurants for big orders of food as take aways and orders are priced based on the size of the bilao. Bilao usually come in 3 or 4 sizes. The one that you have is commonly the smallest. It is also used for drying various food items, from fish, fruits and vegetables. Meanwhile, the mesh basket, was used by my grandmother as a colander/strainer back in the days. Great finds! I am doing a marathon of your videos from your 2 channels since the weekend.

@jasminekhanam73515 жыл бұрын
I think it's because the flea market is a bit more curated than a thrift store. The vendors need to be really intentional about what bring in, and being that selective means they're not able to sell just anything if they want to compete.
