Thanks for the mini reviews Emma. Always lots to consider. I just watched Fall. And I immediately wanted your opinion. The plot isn't that original, BUT my God! There are few films this frightening, especially if you have any fear of heights. This is in the Adventure Horror category: Jaws, Open Water, Frozen (not Disney), etc. I haven't felt my heart rate raise so high in years. I really need a Spooky Astronaut to comment on this. And I just finished 1899. If you liked Dark, you really have to see this. Bones and All is coming to Tbilisi soon. So you've got me psyched for that. Thanks again! Fall, please.

Dead silence made me get back with an ex. We had split up, i was 100% certain I was never getting back with her. A week later I’m in bed watching dead silence, about 20 mins in I get a call from the ex. I said I’m watching a film you’ll really like. She said pause it I’m coming round. Put it back on from the start when she turned up. Ended up back together…for a few weeks! Haha I really like that film though.

Sooooooo happy you said that about Inside Man....in fact you probably went a little easy on it. Still a massive fan of everybody involved especially the writer, Steven Moffat. Watching The Devil's Hour at the moment. That is the show Inside Man wishes it was. Actually, saw The Ring mentioned below, and The Devil's Hour is, a spiritual cousin to that film. Might make sense to people who have seen it.

Based on your comments on "She Said", have you ever seen "All the President's Men"? As with "She Said", this movie is similar dealing with the reporters uncovering a scandal. And both films were made in just a few years after the scandals were exposed. But the question I have is if there is a difference in how the movies are presented, aside from the scandal.

Yes... Let's talk spooky talk.. 😋 Something in the Dirt. I liked the concept but thought the story had some issues. Definitely trippy though. And I guess you haven't gotten to 1899 yet. It's a very trippy and wild first season especially later on, although I don't think it's on Dark's level. The creators have definitely dialed down the complexity and confusion. Still, it's highly entertaining and there's plenty of bonkers moments with genres colliding with each other.

To each their own, but.....The Terrifier series is like an edgy 16 year old watched a few horror movies and figured he could do better. Having great gore effects does not make a good horror movie. I also cant believe somebody wanted to create a new "iconic" horror villain and they went with clown.....Not a shred of creativity.
