This is the first time I have ever heard of AMF! And this is a very real thing with new skills! Some which we never really think go through these stages. Sometimes we quit something because of the awkward stage or the mechanical stage before we even get to the fluid stage! This is gold to know for some of us because we think something must be very wrong with me if I can't just be natural at something or why is this taking so long that it seems impractical to even implement something into our life or routine because we may feel that we will operate in the awkward or mechanical stage forever so we don't even start or try it.(Because we may not even be aware of or know these stages exist) I hope you have a video on AMF. I Think just an awareness of this can be life changing for some of us. Sory I know this was not the topic of the video but this is an important concept Thank you for sharing.

This is the first planner video that could actually work! Thank you for sharing your content! I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos and trying these techniques! May I ask what is your background? You seem to know how various types of brains work!

This has given me some good ideas! The Assess step is always tricky and it's where I often fail. My work (think months to year+ long research projects) doesn't happen in consistent time amounts, so a task that takes a month the first time around might take 3 the next one. My partner has ADHD, which means a lot of time blindness, so we've been trying to talk about time estimation for a long time.

In university, I pretty had only one system - cram everything the day before. 😂 Including papers. Its been a challenge spreading things out and working from the end. If something is not that urgent, I just cant get into it. I havent figured that part out yet.

If you watch 10 videos a day, you then have to sit thru 10 x 2 min intros…that’s 20 minutes of wasted life. Toooo Longgggg…..

There’s this cool feature where you can actually fast forward a video…it’s pretty new. Only been around a little bit. But, when you fast forward, it actually conveniently skips portions of the video…don’t believe me…try it.
