The thing about this is that Asoka is the only one who could have turned Anakin back at the point of revenge of the Sith. George Lucas said that there was only a few people if any that could have saved him, one person was qui gon, ahsoka, rex, and Luke. If ahsoka was on mustafar, she would’ve saved him. She was the little sister and Rex was the brother that Anakin never had. He loved them, ahsoka and Rex would’ve talked some sense into him. It was the reason Vader went to that planet to see Ashoka’s venator, he wanted to see for himself. When he saw the owl, the owl represented ahsoka and the sister which was the embodiment of the light and when he turned off the blue light saber, it was him accepting his new life, thinking that the last remnant of his old life, his little sister was gone. In rebels, filoni said that ahsoka during her confrontation with Vader actually broke through to Anakin a bit but due to him being imurged in the dark side for decades, he was too deep but that she was one of the catalysts to his return to the light. Her meeting with him on malachor was a big break through to Anakin and then Luke was the reason he returned to the light. Lucas didn’t give an explanation of why ahsoka and Rex or how they could bring him back but he said that they could in ROTS but that after he became Vader in the suit, only Luke could bring him back and that ahsoka and Rex would be able to chip away at the darkness that held Anakin back

I always saw the attachment issue much closer to how you describe with Obi-Wan in this story. The Jedi weren't supposed to abandon attachment, they were supposed to understand it and control it. I've always like Vegere's version of the Force in Legends. (At least before they tried to retcon her as a Sith and that whole stupid plot) In Legends Vegere teaches Jacen and Luke that the truth of the Force is that there are no sides, that sentience gives rise to the light and dark sides, and the Force amps up or increases what it finds in the individual. If the person is greedy, power hungry and selfish, the Force makes those traits stronger, but the reverse was also true. Vergere tells Jacen and Luke that the key to mastery is self knowledge, by understanding your emotions and why you feel them, you can avoid being controlled by them. And that is the true path to serenity and mastery. That's by far my favorite version of the Force. And the NJO books cover a similar situation to the Clone Wars, with many Jedi who want to fight for the NR but Luke more wanting to stop the war, and Vegere ultimately reminding Luke that the Jedi owe allegiance to all life, not just life as they understood it. Because the Force is Life itself. Finally I want to say thank you for doing a story that shows the Jedi in a positive light. I've heard so many negative ones recently it was getting old.

As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use technoguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals.

I expected the Martinez sisters to have a bigger role, but this was an overall good one. Day 54 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

Either way, Ezra was always my favorite since he was pretty much just Anakin, but he got picked up by a Jedi a few years later and is a good thief instead of a mechanic.

Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
