Great vid you always do the best job emulating the band, this sounds like it could actually be an aic song. Personally I think it would be cool if you got the dirt/facelift sound because you sound more like the modern stuff, more like doom metal with droning vocals like duval/jerry era. Not a complaint just a suggestion hope you make more of these.

Wouldnt really call AiC grunge. They sounded nothing like Nirvana or Mudhoney outside of a few songs. They came from Seattle around the same time and were just alt rock enough to get lumped into the same scene. They were played a lot on Headbanger's Ball a lot before Nirvana blew up AiC was always more similar to Acid Bath or Crowbar than to Nirvana or Mudhoney

@@BroadwayRonMexico lol Alice are the definition of grunge. See songs like Sludge Factory, Rain When I Die, Dirt, It Aint Like That, Grind, A Looking In View, Stone... I could go on... early alice are much closer to metal but they were THE grunge band.
@djay66514 жыл бұрын
@@InfliiKted AiC themselves never called themselves grunge. They always referred to themselves as a rock band. They were definitely more metal than their compatriots. They straddled that line. Speaking as a lifelong metal head, I personally don't care for Nirvana, Pearl Jam or most of the music from that genre. I hated the culture of it, but I love AiC.
