I will always be so ashamed of many of my generation, Gen X, for being so harsh towards the Star Wars prequels. A lot of fans were so obsessed with hating them that they drowned out any positive feedback about the movies. This led many people to believe that the prequels were not real Star Wars movies. Disney didn't just disappoint the fans of Han, Leia, and Luke, but also Anakin. If they had included Anakin in any of the Sequel films to speak to his son or grandson, it would have made a huge difference in making them more appealing. Thank you for this amazing fan fiction. Your deep knowledge and love of this vast galaxy is undeniable!

This is just amazing, truly, it is incredible. However, I do think it would be interesting for you to tackle Luke before he gets to this point in the movie. Maybe change the reason for him being in exile? Like he was learning about the Whills or how to become more powerful and wait to train Rey. (similar to Yoda) Maybe change the reason for Ben's fall? Maybe have Luke try and speak with him when he sensed the dark moments in his training? Or when Luke looks inside Ben's mind and sees all the horrors he COULD commit, instead of reaching for his lightsaber he falls to the floor in fear and realizes he must regain his composure and remain calm instead of acting on impulse. After all he is a Jedi Master now, not a 20 something year old jedi knight, but a master, who has learned over the decades to control his impulsivity and realize he must LEARN from his past failures of acting on impulse or bad things will follow.

I believe the most significant failure of the sequels is the way Luke Skywalker's character was written. It was not the Luke we fans have grown to love over the decades. The Luke portrayed in "The Last Jedi" was a coward. But that's what Disney gave us. I'm not a Disney hater, but this was definitely one of their biggest mistakes.

This is better than the movie and I like it but as Anakin Skywalker fan I just don’t agree with the idea of the story because Anakin is the chosen one and I feel like him being a Force Ghost as we saw in Ashoka is essential to the will of the Force. But I love your writing and I look forward to see what prequel/original fanfics you do in the future because you have A Very Interesting approach 💙💚💯💯

Instead of the pointless casino scene, this would have added a lot to the movie. Ryan Johnson would have loved it, since it plays the subversion card which he used a lot in the movie. Unfortunately, we got ep. IX afterwards, which was terrible.

What if darth vader went to darthomir to learn. New suit or perhaps more unique powers. Resurrect talzin maybe. what if Vokara Che became a mentor to anakin as anakin was being treated for bullying and trauma from being a slave. What if anakin fell in love with luminara unduli, serra keto or bultar swan. What if anakin was taught by agen kolar or sasee tin or adi gallia.
