Anakin's mother died to the Tusken Raiders on Tatooine shortly after he arrived to save her. What would happen for Anakin if she survived? Would Anakin still murder the Tusken Raiders or would they be safe? With Anakin's mother surviving would he be able to withstand the pull to the dark side?

this one is interesting... because qui gon saw the control and watto putting the code. being a jedi he would have stolen the control with the force and free them both. in fact, he would have cleverly threatened watto, telling him that he is outside of the republic thus he can do whatever he wants with him. with fear and happily threatening him to ignite the gases that make him buoyant would make watto give shmi and ani up.

Well, This true that The Tuskens is cruel but, The cruelty of The Tuskens really is nothing compared for example, to the cruelty of The Dothraki from The Game Of Thrones because, The Dothraki from The Game Of Thrones really were way worse than the Tuskens in terms of brutality. The Dothraki from The Game Of Thrones beheaded a young boy whom Mirri Maz Duur cured of a fever. They brutally killed mens. Womens. And children. Some women, as Mirri Maz Duur, they physically took by force. Some of the children whom The Dothraki deprived of liberty staged to die like At Jesus. And at Drogo's Wedding. And Daenerys The Dothraki even killed a couple of mens. Therefore, If Anakin, who, killed the Tuskens, believes that the Tuskens are evil monsters who deserve to die, then Anakin would definitely need to be well-acquainted with the monstrous cruelty of The Dothraki. And even with the monstrous cruelty of Ramsey. Joffrey. And Gregor from The Game Of Thrones. Suffice it to recall at least the Early Tusken that Anakin found. And he healed when Anakin was a child, that Tusken could well have been injured due to the fact that one of those who hunt Tuskens on Tatooine could well have made an attempt on the life of that Tusken. This makes it clear what anger is. Cruelty. And the aggression of the Tuskens on the inhabitants of Tatooine may not be without reason.

Okay, I severely disagree he'd just slaughter all the Tuskens - women and children - prior to rescuing his Mother. It was her death that ignited that dark light. Anakin just doing that before he even reached Shmi just makes him out to be an unsympathetic monster. That being said, I can understand the necessity for the theme of the story you're going for. Nice story, overall. Here's a suggestion: What if Padme requested permission for landing in Geonosis and meet with Count Dooku? Instead of doing the foolish thing of them infiltrating the factory and murder Geonosians trying to protect their throne, Padme adopts the more diplomatic approach for Obi-Wan's release. It may not work, but who knows what changes could come from it.

Thats something I noticed too. The massacre only happened because Shmi died. At most Anakin might have to kill a few if he were spotted trying to escape, but he wouldn’t take time kill everyone while his mother was greatly injured.

Falling to the dark side isn't something that just happens or can easily happen to any Jedi. Lucas wrote an excellent story, demonstrating how it took Palpatine, the most cunning and powerful of all Sith, years and years of planning and manipulation to turn a relatively easy, vulnerable young man to the dark side. It's not something that just happens, because they became a little bit angry one day.
