The World is superior stand and DIO has the regeneration (brain is the weak point, but he didn’t die while his head gets crushed, he only gets deactivated for a while, like in Jotaro fight. Also Diavolo’s stand is weaker than SP in physical power ranking, so he cannot crush DIO’s head at all). DIO is a vampire, an undead always regenerating monster. He cannot fell any pain and cannot be destroyed by regular stand attacks. He felt pain in Stardust Crusaders but only because Jonathan’s body rejected him. After he drained the Joestar blood he became invisible. Diavolo cannot kill him anyway. Although, time erase cannot skip time stop, so Diavolo, in regular KC form, cannot defeat DIO anyway.

I think if Diavolo gets the req arrow he would be desiring for "To Have The Power To Erase The One Who Opposes Me" instead of desiring to "Hide In The Shadows" Diavolo is smart so he would go for the first one and his ability is Erasure:The ability to erase everything he desires be it Reality Memories or Time Advance Time Erase:Its basically time erase but it can last for 10 mins and it also allows a part of his or King Crimsons body to exit time erase and attack the enemy Advance Epitaph:Allows him see 10 mins in the future and change his action shown as he desires Time Distortion:It Distorts time for someone which only King Crimson Requiem can enter. Its a place where things that happened will repeat and happen and things that is about to happen will happen its a endless place of death and despair

The thing is, KCR would absolutely delete Dio but there’s one problem: Dio’s a ghost in the animation- he can’t reveal to anyone the truth of Diavolo’s identity. KCR deleting Dio would be like SCR affecting beings without souls or GER reversing an action that hasn’t happened yet or Xeno’s SPR using its new abilities without other Joestars, basically it wouldn’t work. Then it becomes Diavolo with a stronger KC vs Dio with TW, which is an curbstomp in Dio’s favor as Diavolo doesn’t know vampires exist much less that he has to obliterate a significant portion of the brain so he would go for the donut. If this happened in Canon, Dio would get disoriented, notice the fist through his chest, and stop time. Diavolo has no way of regenerating- enough said.

@@snipsnip8785 Silver Chariot Requiem was physically weak(So no guarantee) and GER literally got +1 OP ability + Strength/Speed amp- also It just launched a rock really fast. It doesn’t matter anyways, KCR would donut then Dio stops time then Diavolo finds out Requiem doesn’t enhance the user. Besides TW and SP have access to some ungodly speed and strength. SP was capable of keeping up with Multiple Anubis-amps(which already let regular people tussle with high-tier physical stands) Unarmored SC[Base SC was already FTL] and shatter multiple cubic meters of HP’s Diamond-Hard Teeth while Dio(Himself not his stronger stand) could flick-deflect the Emerald Splash away. Disregarding Stand Stats(Which is already subject to ridiculous power differences in the same tier anyways), Dio would do to regular KC what Jotaro did as his finishing move. KC might need requiem to physically keep up with the physical stupidity of late Part 3. And it still wouldn’t matter because Dio’s a Vampire.

DIO should not be able to regen this fast or react at this rate, and Diavolo's requiem should be so much overpowered that he should have been able to attack DIO is erased time while being intangible to attacks. This video was clearly did by a DIO Brando fan, and while i have no problems about it because DIO is a pretty solid villain, it's not good to underrate this much King Crimson or the requiem system in a battle like this.

the requiem gave him the ability to keep his identity a secret, diavolo wished for that and his requiem wasn't as strong as you think. The world is the stand that even without requiem can stop time which counters diavolo's ability to erase time, you just cant erase something that's stopped y'know.

Actually.. he's right, DIO would win, because the requiem choice, was just to maintain his indentity, and win against the gang, not against DIO. So actually if Diavolo just focuses on arms, and the torso, and he doesn't hit on head, i actually think it's hard to him have a chance, because even if Diavolo is a bit stronger, he's dumb, and he have a pretty bad defense. Na verdade.. ele ta certo, DIO venceria, porque oque o diavolo queria no requiem, era manter sua indentidade e vencer a gangue, não o DIO. Let’s also remember that King Crimson’s stats outweigh the bad rather than good comparing them to The World’s stats. DIO had this in the bag.

Do not forget that Diavolo outsmarted and took over the entire Italian Mafia so he has to also be quite smart. Also, given that stands like Notorious BIG, Green Day and Purple Haze exist in the current mafia, it wouldn't be unfair to assume there were really strong stand users when he took over. King Crimson can't just carry you through an entire mafia, not forgetting everything he's done to erase his past and hide his mother's death and the entire village he lived in. Additionally, and I don't know why I have to say his as it's very common knowledge, but Stand stats are NOT ACCURATE OR LOGICAL. You cannot use Stand Stats as an indicator for much and especially not fighting. KC has the same strength as The World but is not as strong but also has the superior time ability (literally true because it flows outside of time so Diavolo might be able to see DIO move in time stop anyway if being viewed from time erasure) so that's my evidence and agruement why Diavolo wins.

Diavolo's Requiem would be much more dangerous than this. As we know that Diavolo wanted to be a "King" and keep his "throne" safe and CONQUER the arrow. So, if Diavolo got his Requiem, it would give him every ability to manipulate the time as he wants, giving him, literally all the time in the world he needs. How? King Crimson Requiem would prob be a Master Of Time, so he could erase the time, stop the time, rewind the time, accelerate it and see the future and as we know Diavolo want to keep his "crown" safe, so the Requiem would give him capacity to not be affected by others Time powers and negate any attack or malicious act that tries to take his "crown" off, like moving on Dio's time stop and ignoring Giorno's Return to Zero ability. King Crimson Requiem would be much more than a "time erase spamer", it would be a literal King of the stands..
