nah, it would really depend on a persons durability example: shigechi was able to tank the first bomb of killer queen once and it took a second to completely vaporize him. DIO can’t regrow limbs sadly. He can only reattach them. (Edit) It seems like I pissed off some off you so I am here to clear some stuff up. DIO can’t regrow limbs but can heal himself. He only was able to do this with BLOOD. In this sprite he didn’t get any blood and he is also not at full strength due to taking Jonathan’s body. In the manga/anime, this shows that his regeneration is already INSANE as is. It would be a different circumstance if his entirety of his waist to stomach was gone. We are shown in phantom blood when Dio Brando when he fell on the statue/arch angel in the Joestar mansion, he had a similar wound when Jotaro doughnuted him. He was able to still he from that wound. Granted it did take him a few weeks and some blood to heal from that but that was back then when he was still new to the power of a vampire. This time DIO part 3 had had vampire powers for 100 years. But he was in Jonathan’s body so he did not have mastery of the body yet so I can’t explain that. My point still kinda stands but I can’t explain how he can regenerate his clothing or why he was able to regenerate quickly this time around. I hope this clears things up and have a good day.

Jonathan's body actually wouldn't emit any heat either after being part of dio's body for as long as it has B. Dio could've just ran, SHA is extremely slow and dio is a vampire with superhuman speed D. Dio's timestop doesn't actually have a long cooldown, as shown by when he teleports around jotaro after healing his leg, he could stop time again to avoid it C. Jotaro (a human) took a SHA explosion head on and survived with multiple holes, but his body was still intact. It's reasonable to believe dio, a literal vampire, would survive the explosion if jotaro could

Just saying that one primary bomb would completely eradicate DIO realistically. That's the whole point of the first bomb... It leaves nothing behind. Also I feel like The World wouldn't be useable if Dio was just a Head. Mainly because it's a humanoid stand and damage dealt to the user is usually directly proportional to the stand if it has a human-like form. Hence why polnareff's stand's legs were pikes after his legs were destroyed. And why gold experience's arm was lost with giorno's arm. Other types of stands would usually only end up having the user damaged in random places (like six pistols or aerosmith would only result in squirts of blood from random areas of their body. Even if it still could be used, I don't think it would be in full form nor still have enough power to do all those attacks at the end. Still a good animation. I'm just nitpicking, don't mind me.

Dio's timestop doesn't actually have a long cooldown, as shown by when he teleports around jotaro after healing his leg, he could stop time again to avoid it C. Jotaro (a human) took a SHA explosion head on and survived with multiple holes, but his body was still intact. It's reasonable to believe dio, a literal vampire, would survive the explosion if jotaro could

@Sanswagon, the Meddler Shigechi dropped the coin at the last second, weakening the effect ('cause is a contact bomb) Jotaro got caught in the blast when s.h.a attacked the fire he made (wasn't a direct hit) every other time the bombs had a direct hit they killed instantly. (also: if wasn't for Josuke, Jotaro would be dead tho)

Sheer heart attack isn’t even close to strong enough to delete dio’s body and even if it could destroy dio then dio can just freeze him self Ik dio won’t know how sheer heart attack works but dio’s body should be naturally cold 3.
