Well, even if you have all the elements in the periodic table, you will still need to heat things to ignition temperature cool things to reaction temperatures and it would be even complex of it is a uncontrollable chain reaction, heck you could even destroy the entire planet with a fission cycle, it would be too unrealistic ironically.
