Kai Ki, god Ki, the base PL of Turles, and him having unlocked SSJ3, coupled with 18 being a genetically modified amped up human with about the power of a canon Super Saiyan Blue, at base… absolutely insane potential for growth, especially after you factor in the halfbreed potential boost.
