He was making special editions of the Book of Lorgar for his each of his brothers. It's from Know No Fear. Hours's copy was bound in leather made from human skin of the betrayed. Perterabo's copy was etched in steel. Fulgrim's was printed on living flesh. And Alphraius got two copies, each subtly different from the other.

I think if Horus won, the loyalists would still be victorious in the end. Guilleman and the Lion were right around the corner, and after what went down on Terra the heretics would not have been able to resist the fresh new legions arriving in Sol. Not sure if Dorn, Valdor, Guilleman and The Lion would be able to physically defeat juiced up Horus, but their forces would annihilate the chaos forces still there and we'd be at the same spot today, provided they could still get the Emperor on the throne. Just instead of Abaddon leading the Black Legion, Horus would still be around.

The Astronomicon would be completely gone. Only the traitor forces would be able to have warp travel, replacing navigators with Chaos sorcerers, and they would have to leave the geller fields off. Every little warp jump would include daemons popping up on their ships. The remaining loyalists wouldn't be able to use warp travel, at all. Also, there would be warp rifts popping up all over. The loyalists wouldn't be able to challenge the traitors and win.

I feel like the traitor Legions don't have as easy of a win if Terra is destroyed. Magnus, Peter Turbo, Fulgrim, Conrad would become hermits for a while. That Leaves, Lorgar, Mortarion and Angron on the move. The biggest threat being Lorgar. Ultramar would become the new capital of this new Imperium. When all 4 of the main loyist Primarchs unite a meeting will be held to discuss strategy. This would become the "Hammer and Knife Crusade." The Lion and Corvus splitter their legions across the galaxy hitting the traitors wherever possible. Their main goal being killing Lorgar (assingied to Corvus.) While the Lion and his legion primary goal is to the keep traitors away from Ultramar. Meanwhile Leman and G Man pass manidory "ascendancy" laws where every possible human either has to work in the Navy or become a Space Marine. The goal being get each legion to minimum 1 million members. On the Hammer side of the Crusade G man heads North towards Caliban. While Leman (under very strict watch) will march towards Magnus and Prospero. With each world claimed the on Hammer side would be fortified to the point of Dorn being jealous and providing 100k more Marine recruits minimum along with millions of Guardsmen. The mission to swell the legions into the billions to smash the traitor forces. Taking worlds would be slow and training will take time enter the Eldar. A very tense alliance could be struck during the meeting on Ultramar. The Eldar could provide ships to help expand the Hammer Crusade by moving recruits to the Knife side. Along with keeping the Death Guard and Fulgrim away from Ultramar by harassing supply lines. The safety of the Webway also gives a safer spot for the new recruits to train up for their respective sides of the mission. I also think the Emperor's spirit will mess with the chaos gods like how in TTS. Peter Turbo will just be chilling since he hates everyone. Conrad is the true wildcard here since whatever he does could tip the scales. 1) he spends time reflecting about his life and eventually finds peace 2) Omegon kills him or convinces him to further taunt the traitor legions 3) he joins up with whats left of the traitor legions after a key battle. Omegon starts fires wherever he can to help prep the Knife side along with rooting out spies in the retaken territory. At some point a key set of battles will take place with a 4 way smack down. Lion vs Angron, Leman vs Magnus, G Man vs Mortorian, Fulgrim vs Eldar strike team and Omegon plus Corvus. While Lorgar attempts to sack Ultramar with the help of Peter Turbo. My picks are Lion beats Angron. Leman beats Magnus but is heavily injured to the point of never fighting again. Fulgrim kills both Omegon and the Eldar strike team. However they put on the Medusa cursed on him. Every time he complments himself part of his body turns to stone. Within a day Fulgrim is alive floating through space as a petrified statue beyond the reach of help. G Man, would have the upper hand but would be forced to flee when he hears about Lorgar and Peter Turbo are near Ultramar. G Man arrives just in time as a battle for Terra 2.0 is going on over Ultramar. On the surface Peter Turbo is recking havic while Lorgar waits to fight G Man. Their battle would be intense and right as Lorgar is about to kill G Man after a long back and forth Conrad arrives with his fleet to personally hurt Peter Turbo. Conrad would use his forces to push back the Iron Warriors though not by much. This would purely be to stall while Corvus races home. The Iron Warriors sensing time would be critical desperately push forward. Conrad would eventually face off with Peter Turbo personally. Meanwhile the sudden shift in the battle allows G Man, to get multiple strikes into Lorgar's ugly face. Unfortunately Lorgar manages to get a lucky hit in and pins G Man, down. He boasts about finishing the job Horus never could. As he is about to make the final swing Corvus and his fleet appear abd rips apart the traitor fleets. Lorgar now facing a 3 v 2 dips out of the battle leaving his legions to die. On the ground the traitos prepare a final stand. Conrad and Peter are both nearly dead from the fighting. Conrad up to this point had been doing great would collapse first but not before rubbing it in Peter's face that even the traitor legions hated him. Someway Peter would escape but he'd be the only Iron Warrior to survive the fight. Afterwards G Man would be put in ice and Russ would retire on Fenris. The Lion and Corvus would keep the fight up in the Eye of Terror. Lorgar and Mortorian hide in the deepest holes in the warp. Emperor's Children try to find their Primarch and undo the curse while Peter Turbo hates everyone and the Night Lords are stuck in civil warm

Honestly, 13:22 , does not make sense. The Loyalist more than likely would join together to save something of humanity, to save all the hard work they have done over the long years together. Also, I very much doubt any of the traitor primarchs would work with each other as well as some of the legions suffered heavy casualties particular the word bearers, world eaters, thousand sons, and the iron warriors. Aragorn and the world eaters are nothing more than rambling monsters. The emperor's childrens would be too busy preying on lone human worlds to bother attacking imperium secundus. The word bearers, Thousand sons, death guard, and iron warriors could come together, but then another issue comes up and that's the traitor legions hate each other. They were constantly bickering and fighting each other during the heresy that it was getting hard for horus to stop them towards the end. They might be too busy killing each other and settling scores to ever being able to work with each other long enough to succeed. Also none of the remaining legions or their primarchs, besides perturabo and the iron warriors, have a chance to beat the lion or guilliman. In this scenario I think its what we have now in 40k but on a smaller scale, the imperium secundus holds on and digs in, being attacked on all sides by various factions. But surviving thanks to the strength of four legions and four primarchs working together with all of the imperium being together in one spot.

I do not mean to break it to the rest, but I think traitor forces were kinda spent. They first lost a lot of marines during clean up and then they still took losses when killing loyalists and fighting they way to Tera. I saw some estimates and SoH hab about 30 k astartes and other legions were not in much better conditions especially the legions that were reliable. IW deserted and would be probably traitors to the cause. Emperors children were kinda useless as a tactical asset and world eaters were useful, but in only one way. Even in case Tera is not destroyed, you still have imperial fists holding the walls (Battered but not done yet) and possibly Dorn making it out of the Vengeful spirit. Even if not you still have custodes, Imperial Fists and white scars ready to fight till the bitter end. Also Blood angles just went bonkers. This force ,that is still in disarray, will be hit by Loyalist reinforcements. Most of the traitors deployed on Tera enjoying all the attention Blood angels are able to give them. Loyalist reinforcement would savage the traitor forces. Dark angels were not the most feared legion just for fun. Ultramarines still had numbers comparable to a pre - heresy legions. Space wolves and raven guard were bloodied but still not done. Even if they will not be able to destory the traitors, they will make them bleed. And they had organized force. Traitors were already mostly a mob a of war bands. It would have been more brutal but Imperium was still likely to win. If Vulkan destroyed Tera? GG well played. Even if the demon primarchs cannot die. World eaters - lost, Death guard - lost, Sons of Horus - Lost, Word Bearers - savaged by the loyalists, Thousand sons - on the run, Iron warriors - badly bruised from heresy but most likely best shape from the traitors, Night lords - savaged by the dark angels even before the siege began - probably falling into war bands. Alpha Legion - under control of Omegon. Emperors children - lost. Imperium with 4 primarchs 2 ( Ultramarines and dark angels) full legions, beaten up space wolves, savaged Raven guard, Savaged Iron Hands, White scars - lost, Blood angels - lost, Imperial fists - lost, Salamanders - basicaly Lost. (Lost means there is barely enough astartes to form a chapter/ warband)

Don't forget, the whole time, the Emperor has been holding the huge warp rift where the webway project used to be at bay. When the Emperor died, the webway portal would become a massive, unguarded warp rift, and Terra would be overrun with Daemons. It would be like the Maelstrom, but on Terra instead of in space. (Maybe that's an exaggeration, but it would be bad) The Loyalists would be food for daemons. Even the traitor forces would be screwed when Chaos didn't need them anymore.

I think the chaos gods would a abandon humanity for the most part and start favouring other groups to eliminate perceived threats to themselves. They'd use the children of the great old ones against eachother, possibly with Khorne favouring orcs, the Eldari dying off and Nurgle possibly triggering the arrival of Tyrannids. Slaanesh might not survive. This would leave forces such as the Necrons, Tau and dark Eldar slugging it out. Necrons might stand a chance to rebuild, imo.

The only issue is by the time of final battle between Horus and EoM. The Lion had destroyed the traitor legions remaining homeworlds. The traitor Primarchs hate each other more than they hate the loyalists, even if Horus and the Vengeful Spirit yeeted away from a Talisman destroyed Terra to safety. That would still do irreparable damage to Mars neutralizing the Dark Mechnicus, maybe even causing the Void Dragon to wake. The traitor legions by the Siege of Terra had already gone their separate ways. Once Pertorobo and the Iron Warriors abandon the Siege, that left mostly the Sons of Horus on Terra. So again even if Horus escaped, the Son's were effectively gone (possibly the Emperors Child too even though Fulgrim would be reborn in the Warp). While the Ultramarines and Dark Angels would still be close to full strength. Though the White Scars, Blood Angels and the Imperial Fists effectively gone too. With the traitor primarchs being Daemon princes now, they would be tasked with fighting the Great Game with the war over and ignore any type of rule. Like what happened in Plague War, with the Dark Gods taking worlds and then fighting massive wars over them. The Ultramarines and Dark Angels going their own way, though the betrayal at Caliban still happening. Leaving Guillen and the Ultramarines the only full strength loyalist legion left. As even the Dark Angels were broken after the destruction of Caliban in the OTL. I doubt that Horus could unite the Daemon Primarchs anymore and best Ultramar becomes a pseudo-Eye of Terror. With Guillemin and warbands of loyalists going on Light Crusades to try to restore IoM, but without the Astronocan, they and the other surviving loyalists may be reduced to using Warp-craft to survive in broken galaxy. But the traitors could never unite enough to crush Imperium Secondus. Until the Beast rose and the galaxy would be finally conquered by the Orks.

It also will depents on the Xeno's (not just Eldar). The Waaagh of the beast, the Necrons awakening and Tyranid invasions will be more effective against the warlords of chaos who are busy fighting each other.

To the idea that the chaos gods wouldn't let Horus destroy the galaxy if he won, I disagree. Chaos is utterly self destructive. I don't think the gods would be able to stop the galaxy from self destructing at that point, but I don't think they would even care. In fact, I think they would just make it worse. A fire doesn't care that it's forest is burning out, it just wants to burn. The only difference is this fire is slightly more malicious.

I can imagine Leman and Lion in a dysfunctional buddy cop relationship afterwards. And they’d be rather effective honestly considering one is the most lethal of all the legions while the other is designed to destroy other legions. I also think that given how terribly the traitors worked together during the heresy they’d be even more hard pressed to get their shit together when they’re all cocky and overconfident from the big win. Frankly so many of them often times did fuck all while Perturabo was the only one who really made the heresy the serious threat that it was 😂😂😂 Overall, great video! it would be interesting if GW would commision some "What If Storys", like it's not even a new Thing, could be some Comics like Star Wars or the Myriad Universes from Star Trek with Short Novels and well, that Story would be quite a good sellingpoint as the most obvious one besides maybe "what if Horus didn't ended up in the Serpent Lodge" or "what if the Fleet arrived in Time", maybe also "what if Magnus wasn't a Dummy and used a normal method of communication", that Title can be changed. But also maybe more important, for the Trolls that use Warhammer as base of their personality: what if the Empire wasn't a Distopian Hellhole but a nice place to life or even a Utopia

I think even if Horus won it wouldn’t result in the Cabal’s future . By the time Horus fought the emperor he was so consumed by chaos I doubt the warrior guilt he had could come back especially with none of his closest brothers to bring it back for him.
