I'm not sure if this helps me or not. I could be wrong, but I think for me I can't lip trill b/c my lips never fully close when my mouth is relaxed naturally. They are always slightly parted. So too much air escapes so my lips don't move. I tried this method, but can't really tell if it is helping as intended.

Ah that description sounds so familiar. It has to be something to do with the details of face, bone, muscle, etc. differing in different individuals, I reckon.

In what way is bub bub bub bub bub bub bah anything like a lip trill ? (I know my lips won't trill naturally. The only time I can do so is when I use my hands to pull up the side is my cheek/mouth. And that took a few goes before there was any success.)
