We bought this house, and it is FINALLY being set on the foundation (4-foot crawl space) tomorrow! Yippee!!!! There are several things that are different, but the layout is exactly the same. We have waited 7 long months for our house to get built and be delivered from TN to MO! I can't wait to move into our new home in a couple of weeks!

Wow! A huge home! I love the family room and also love that it is located by the spare bedrooms. Let the kids have the family room for their gaming. All the rooms are generously sized. Kitchen is beautiful. Plenty of storage in this home. Master bath is to die for. Gorgeous! 😊

Nice home. Love the tub! I still say you should’ve kept saying “shub” instead of shower tub combo. You could’ve started a trend! Imagine seeing the big “shub sale” at Home Depot or Lowes. Just saying. Have a great night and keep up the good work!

WOW, WOW you were not kidding when you described this floor plan I love this floor plan, the cabinets and counter space in the kitchen, the large dining area, the walk-in pantry, the master bed and bath and all the closet space.

Ok now I'm in love!! Aside from a couple of things that I would change, like the color of the wood floors, making the pantry a lil smaller to make room for a coat closet directly upon entering the house, doesn't have to be too big just enough for maybe 4 big coats & a lil storage room underneath that, and making the entrance door bigger and put in a different door while I'm at it. Also putting carpet on both rooms that are next to each other. Every single thing on this house I love. From the colors to the kitchen to the hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms, I mean everything is perfect. I totally envisioned myself living in this place w/my son. At first I wasn't digging the layout but once he went in and started showing us the house, I was sold!! I hope to one day be able to own something like this. Just beautiful. 😍😍😍😍😍

Thank you for showing me this new model. Very impressive I'll be sending my relatives there. I really think the manufactured housing market will take off big-time in 2022 and 2023. I only wish these manufacturers would start making the exterior of the homes look more like a site-built home. Using stucco or brick all around I guess that's always an option but they always show them with the same vinyl siding and it gets a little boring after a while. And they really need to work on designing garages with these homes. I don't see why they can't make pre-manufactured garage to be set up on-site along with the manufactured home. Anyway thank you chance for always showing us great homes to choose.

Good evening, Chance. I watch your channel 3 times a week. I appreciate most all of your content and the labor you go to putting these videos together. I'm don't comment on every home. The McMansion's are very nice with their sprawling grounds, but this one was spectacular to me. This is a home I could truly see myself living in. I would literally buy this home right off the lot, as is, wouldn't change a single thing. I enjoy all of your tours, but for me this was a home run! Thank you! That little man if your's is a sport!

This has some great features. Those cupboards to the ceiling are a very nice touch. I would put a door where that window is in the kitchen. Have it swing out to a deck. I would also have to create more storage. Where to put all the towels, sheets, blankets, TP? I LOVE the red with the black and white! It's a color pallet that never gets outdated and it looks so modern!

Nice layout; good use of the space. I'd make only minor changes: 1) replace open shelves w/ upper cabinets in the kitchen; 2) upgrade to a ceramic top stove (or perhaps even induction); and 3) put a 36-in vanity in the secondary bathroom.

I dislike freestanding tubs because you have to clean around them and dust collects. I would rather have an enclosed tub, preferably jetted.

I agree….but may I add; a double oven stove (I have one-won’t live without one again)…..solid wood shelves in pantry……no barn door in master bedroom bath…..and put a closet along the wall between the living room and master bedroom-and shift the whole floor plan on the front half, to the left by 4 feet, re-situating the windows, and leaving the bedroom the same size, and keeping a wall extended where the living room originally ended near kitchen. It might be hard to explain in print without pointing at the floor plan to show what I mean. But a manufactured home that I had ordered years ago, was GREAT, because the master bedroom was separated from the living room by the master bedroom closet, so that there wasn’t any noises heard while trying to sleep, if others were still up watching t.v., etc.

I'd lose the pantry for a half bath given the number of bedrooms and that guests must either go through master bedroom or family space to use the facilities. I'd replace the freestanding tub because there's little space to set toiletries, candles, or whatever else one may want near while soaking.

Chance, thank you for another amazing video. This home was perfect for a big family. I really liked the walk-in pantry. I got to hear you do the pantry dance. 😂 The hardwood floors are great. You only opened one drawer in the kitchen so I couldn't tell if it was soft close. Then you made up for it in the bathroom by opening that one cupboard. I was disappointed they didn't put soft close in this beautiful home. The bathtub was calling my name. I would definitely put a seat in the walk-in shower. Thank you for another amazing tour. Beautiful and spacious home Chance. You are absolutely right about a pantry being a necessity in a home. I would give just about anything for one. I told my hubby the other day that when he goes home to heaven, the first thing I was going to do, is hire someone to put in a pantry lol. He laughed, too. You're in my neck of the woods now, Chase. I live in Missouri, but Paducah is only about an hour from me. Hopefully when the weather warms up, I can visit this place. Touring different manufacturers has been on my list for a while. I also like this model. It may not be my favorite of all the homes you've toured for us, but it is definitely at the top.

Omgosh this is the home I want. It is gorgeous the kitchen is exactly what I'm looking for. The bedrooms r great size. Only 2 things I would change is the floor and the barn door in master bath. But wow. Yes the best floor plan I have ever seen. I'm a little late watching but finally got to it and I'm glad I did. Kentucky is not to far from me here in Maryland. The West Virginia and Kentucky homes have been the best by far. Imo. The pantry wow. Just everything is WOW WOW WOW. Thank you Chance for ur hard work doing these videos for all of us. I love all of the cabinets and shelves. Nice that the sink faces the window (I like looking at nature while using the sink), but I would have to change the stove to a gas one. Pantry is awesome but needs wooden shelves. The master bath would have to have a walk in tub because of my knees.

You are right, this is a great floor plan, wish I could get this one! I would make a couple changes like add sliding doors in the dining area onto a deck, add a bench seat in the master shower with adjustable shower head and replace tub with a walk in tub. We've been watching your clips a lot on TV, so no way to rate them or comment. This is to sum up the past year or so. You have done some really great stuff, especially the single-wides and that tree-house. I'm glad you continue to talk. The mucho-machos who feel uncomfortable when another man (who is cute) talks clearly need to pop another top and put their fingers in their ears. I have come to the conclusion that any home which has you walking straight into the living-room/kitchen is off my list. This sort of division, however - it's great! I never did like open plans (had too many kids). Thanks for what you do.

Very nice floor plan! Love the den area location. I would take out the longer window by the stove and add more countertop. You need lots of space in the kitchen when baking! Love that it has a pantry and a sink in the laundry room too.
