Mace with 10 more Jedi's could be enough to defeat Darth Sidious. But maybe he was prepared for it too. We'll never know.

Not true Palpatine faked his defeat cause he senced anakin comming he needed to.fake his defeat to finally turn anakin into whay he wanted a sith lord Yoda is no match for palpatine btw Mace also Mace windu is totally overrated plus he lost to count dooku on all their duels​ @@StarWarsOwen

@@Untouchable1345 then why was Sidious not able to absorb force lightening but Yoda was? Yes Yoda lost the fight but only barely, and when do mace and dooku duel like in a comic or book?

the jedi went their with the intention of killing the senator and asserting power you see this in the senate chambers as mace and yoda are visibly upset about the senator having to much power thats why they draw their blades on a defenseless old man, in the original scene anakin was with mace when they go to "arrest" palpatine and when mace tries to kill him because of the jedis "all sith must die" mentality the senator uses the force to pull anakins lightsaber and defend himself you can see this in the movie if you pause at the right time hes holding anakins saber but is got a red blade thats because goerge edited it so that anakin shows up later which is weird when you think about it he, tells mace about palpatine,mace heads right over to "arrest" him but anakin stopped for a milkshake first? i mean why the delay? did anakin get caught in traffic and mace didnt? mace even had to gather up a couple other jedi first,it would have been so much better to see the deleted see of mace fighting palpatine while anakin can do nothing but watch while having a existential crisis

@@lafabl6503 true he’s super powerful, but I like the saying strength in numbers haha perhaps at a certain number I think Sidious just wouldn’t be able to handle it. Maybe 7, 10 who knows. Thanks for commenting!!!

one thing i always wondered what if Plo went to deal with palps Mace brought 3 jedi with 3 special ability's but didn't bring the only jedi to beat Yoda in a duel
