Windu actually DID trust Anakin, he just didn't know and understand Anakin. It's even revealed that Windu wanted to make Anakin a master after the confrontation with Palpatine Windu told Anakin to just wait. Anakin hated being unable to do something. Waiting is what cost him his mother If Windu just told Anakin to go inform the senate or the Jedi Council or any task at all, Anakin would've accepted his job and been to busy to save Palpatine

What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.

I actually really liked how this went, Anakin was at peace, and at the same time it made sense that even with everything seemingly going the way of the Jedi, but the senate was behind Palpatine, and the republic was still wanting him in power.

What if Thrawn joined the rebels on Ryloth? What if when he brought Hera to his office he kills the imperial officer that was with him instead of Ezra and revealed a plan to take over the Empire. He tells them about the grysks and that he joined the Empire to protect his people seeing it as the lesser evil, but then him seeing how many rebels fight the empire to protect their people he decides that he can take over the Empire to protect his people, and to end the tyranny of the empire. His plan is to become emperor then restablish the republic and move the rest of the imperial loyalists into an "Expansionary Defense Fleet" and go into the unknown regions to search for the grysk. That way all imperial loyalists will be under his control and out of the way. Thrawn told them that if the empire crumbles to a rebellion they will become venerable to invasion before a new republic can be created from scratch. Thrawn believes reestablishing the republic through an emperor willing to give up power will be quicker and safer with less casualties. Plus any leftover imperials from a rebellion may end up fighting their own war against a republic. Era and Hera don't believe him so Thrawn gives them a datastick with imperial data on it. Which imperials are loyal to Thrawn or are willing to defect, and which ones are sycophants to the Emperor. He also gives them fake pilot ids to get them onto the quasar carrier so they can blow it up as a sign of good faith. He then tells them afterwards to cause enough chaos on Lothal that they bring Thrawn in to take over. That way Thrawn and his loyal imperials can set up his new starfighter factory on lothal with a plan for rebel pilots and officers to infiltrate the lothal imperial academy. His plan is to then spread rebel sleeper agents throughout the entire navy, stormtrooper corps, and especially the starfighter corps. He tells them to imagine tie defender squadrons spread throughout the empire loyal to him. Eventually there will be enough rebel-imperials under Thrawn's control that he can kill palpatine and other loyalist imperials leaders to take over the empire. His plan is to use the already existing xenophobia of the empire to blame it on the grysk rather than rebels as a way to create support for turning the imperial military into the "Expansionary Defense Fleet". Thrawn then also hands ezra fake credentials for him and sabine to attend the Lothal academy and help him find promising rebels (like their arcs in rebels but they stay as sleeper agents in the empire). Everything plays out how he suspected and thrawn repurposes a sepratist fleet to look like the grysk and use it to take out the emporer and his elites at a meeting (that he secretly rigged with explosive). Thrawn also blames the clone wars on the grysk saying dooku was working for them. He then says they framed the jedi as well to weaken the new empire. Mon mothma becomes the new chancelor and thrawn leads the rest of the military into the unkown regions. Mon mothma creates the "system guard" to take over policing for the galaxy, while planetary defense forces and individuals are now garunteed constitutional protections for arming themselves. The jedi now rebuilds in the open and ezra and ahsoka join thrawn to help him navigate the unkown regions.

Day 12 What if Padme was enslaved during the Clone Wars? What if Luke and Leia weren't separated at birth, (IE both were sent to Alderanna or both were sent to Tatooin)? What if Padme was arranged to marry for the Republic during the Clone Wars? What if during the rescue of Han from Jabba everything goes the same except for Leia killing Jabba resulting in her being left behind and remaining a Slave? (even though the ending is probably very simple Luke will find out that Leia is his sister and then after the Battle of Endor he mounts a rescue mission to save her) What if Jyn Erso survived Rogue one and went on to Meet and Fall in love with Luke Skywalker? What if Ahsoka found Shin Hati before Baylan Skoll and took her as an apprentice? What if Ben Solo never destroyed Luke's Jedi order after his fall meaning that the Resistance and New Republic had the Jedi during their war with the First Order? What if Rey was Luke's daughter or just what if Luke had a daughter or son during the sequels?

So there’s a problem with the end of your story, and it is that the Republic should not have the plans for the death star, because they were only ever acquired after Anakin (death Vader) picked them up after killing the separatist high leadership after they brought it with them to Mustafar and since that never happened, the Separatists are the only ones that should have the plans, not the Republic. Other than that, it’s a pretty good story!
