An Ice release user falling towards water isn't that dangerous, since they could just create something to catch themselves, or create protective shell to eat the impact. Also Ice Release means they also have Water and Wind Release, which makes falls into bodies of water a trifling thing to survive.

The answer to number 1 is easy if the head of the uchiha clan helped seal away kurama wich would help the bond between the uchiha and leaf, remember the reason that the uchiha were planning a coo is from the village distrusting them and limiting there power is a uchiha not only a uchiha but the head of the uchiha helped tame and seal kurama then people would be a lot less uneasy between them so the leaf wouldn’t have to move them away so the uchiha stay happy so the coo never happens in the first place. Him mixing natures on the fly to create keke genkai's is so scary lol. It's the difference between Hashirama's Mokuton and every Jonin with just water and earth affinities (Minus Moegi, who naturally has wood release too) Nobody's used wood release without the genes for it, even with handseals. I imagine the same can be said for every Keke genkai, or else we'd see people using them by just weaving chakra a lot more through handseals. Him mixing those natures to create ice release is broken beyond belief, even with hand-seals, and he doesn't even realize it. Interestingly enough, if we're going off elemental weaknesses, Magma release is the perfect counter to ice release, because it's comprised of the 2 natures strong against the 2 in ice release (fire trumping wind, and earth trumping water even if water trumps fire). Throwing a shot of magma onto the mirrors would indeed render them useless, because haku would need to push through a layer of rock to exit a mirror if he throws enough chakra into it to keep it from melting to begin with, which would only cool the magma and leave the rock left to ruin the technique.

Yes I would of liked to of seen more use of Keke Genkai. Considering he seems to basically have any Keke Genkai he tries. If he added the Lightning cloak on to everything else he has going on then he would smoke Otsutsuki when they show up.

As far as I am aware, Naruto does have all five nature transformations because like Sasuke he was provided some of Hagoromo's chakara. Even if he had all five, he would probably just stick with wind especially since Kishimoto would probably nerf him like Sasuke.

My default answer to this would be not much, given Naruto learned like 2 unique jutsu with the 1 he had, before sage stuff, thus likely just more variants of the rassengan sooner. Yep this turned more into advancing the sage path than Naruto, did anything with the releases themselves.
