It is true! I was only disappointed in my G once..when i stated that i am curious about if Isshiki is a sage of 8 path because of his patterns on that cloak that he wore on that hologram then he liked my comment but never stated in the original chapter review..But a few chapters later he talked about it like he was already found that out.. Man Naruto having the 8 Gates, Sage Mode, and KCM (All of it) he is really powerful. Naruto runs over Obito, Madara, and Sasuke. I think Sakura would live like normal Naruto would most likely save her faster from Sasuke here. Kakashi would probably become the Hokage sooner here, because Tsunade is dead here (And Naruto not ready yet.). Sasuke should happen around the same in cannon just won't have the Rinne-Sharingan here. And hey Might Guy walking here so he can help Rock Lee with the Suicide Corps. Mix the Eight Gates with Kurama healing him and he could go on for a long time. Plus, I had this idea I’m implementing in a FanFiction where a jinchuriki who uses the Eight Gates can get stronger with each tail they add into their form, since more chakra means more power, but also means a higher risk of completely destroying your body. Essentially the users would say 3x1 (3 by 1) which would be the number of the gate followed by the number of tails used. Call it Eight Gates Tailed Beast Chakra Mode - Hachimon Bijū Chakura Mōdo. I totally see Naruto rocking an orange chakra coating in this mode. I’d say please don’t steal, but just because I came up with the idea doesn’t mean I own since I’m just a fan, so… whatever. Also, I don’t see someone activating the Eight Gates after activating Sage Mode. It just feels like it would time out the nature based technique even quicker, only making it good for one instantaneous blow, and that’s being generous. I honestly feel Sakura would be able to do it if she collects a satisfactory amount of nature chakra into her Byakugo and releases it as she goes into Eight Gates. Yes, I came up with that method as well. Can’t help it, I f*%king love the Eight Gates! It’s like the Kaioken only you see the effort with each activation. Without a doubt my favorite Naruto technique of all time!

Naruto Explained. I got a question completely unrelated to this video (great analysis as always btw)... Do you think Kakashi was meant to be Mirai Sarutobi’s godfather had Asuma not died during the Akatsuki suppression mission? The only (and most) compelling hints that I find are in chapter 313 and episode 72 of manga and anime, respectively. It’s when Asuma and Kakashi are at the hospital due to Sai’s and Naruto’s filler injury in the anime, and due to Kakashi’s Kamui usage recovery in the manga. Asuma wants to talk to Kakashi about something but at the moment Kurenai arrives and Asuma leaves with her instead, leaving their conversation pending for some other time, which would never end up happening due to Asuma meeting his untimely death in his immediate upcoming mission. I don’t know why but to me it seemed like Asuma did truly intend on asking Kakashi to be his unborn child’s future godparent. In the manga, Asuma was going to be more straightforward but in the anime, both Jonin were having a nice deep conversation about the present day young generation of the Leaf. At the very least, one can assume Asuma did wanted Kakashi to be one of the first people to know about the good news, assuming that Tsunade already knew since Kurenai already seemed inactive when it came to her duties as a Jonin. Other than that, and what’s also worthy of mention, is that Kakashi and Asuma seemed like good friends overall seeing how ,after Kurenai, Kakashi was one of the adults who Asuma had more interactions with early throughout in the series, and also by how ,after Asuma’s death, Kakashi was compelled to lead his former students to avenge their sensei’s death. Well there you have it, Naruto Explained. Perhaps I’m looking too much into it, and I just find your in-depth analysis better than my owns in Naruto subjects. Naruto learning the eight gates would also mean that he would be alot less reliant on the shadow clones , he mostly uses them as his taijutsu isn't great enough as it's more likely to be a chuunin level taijutsu ( talking about naruto post time skip ) . Him learning taijutsu and front lotus , alongside the eight gates would boost his base power and physical strength and speed to a whole other level , and his taijutsu would also be very good as he would be High joning Lvl taijutsu in just base , meaning that in alot of these battles naruto would already be strong and fast enough in base form to be able to defeat certain villains .

If Naruto also had sage mode, he could have one or more clones gathering sage chakra before he opened any gates, and combine those two modes. This makes him physically multiple degrees stronger and faster than either mode individually, which on its own could coast him through many fights much quicker than in canon. Note that I haven’t even touched adding in Kurama’s chakra to his gates mode yet. Add that and boom, healing, protective cloak, etc extending Naruto’s endurance in gates mode a bit longer. Imagine a RASENSHURIKEN used in gates + kyuubi sage mode! Yikes.

I have a bit of head cannon I’m not sure if it really makes sense but, basically only humans have the 8 gates and otsosuki member don’t. I came to this conclusion cause I found it odd that no otsosuki member would use the 8 gates even though they would have enough regen to negate its negative effects. Also it makes sense that hagoromo will put limiters on humans chakra cause it’s basically a alien substance in a body that was never meant to have it. Lastly we’ve never seen a otsosuki member run out of chakra and having all the available chakra in you body can be a reason for that.
