The closest thing that Yoda had to a ship on Dagobah was the escape pod that was already used to get him to Dagobah in Revenge of the Sith. If they contacted Han again to pick them up, then he would have either been still frozen in carbonate or been fighting against Vader and the emperor.

If that training had taken place Luke would have known Vader was his father . Yoda would have told him after he trusted Luke was strong enough to handle the bad news . Not only that a fully trained Luke couldnt bring balance to the universe because the Jedi were not training the correct form of Jedi teachings . Only on his path alone could he find the true teachings of the Jedi and begin a New Hope for the jedi !

I'd say maybe vader would take the mantle of emperor and strike a deal with the new republic and having systems hold elections on which side they want to join. Afterwards, he could step down and make a group of people in charge so multiple individuals have power instead of one single emperor.

I see a couple issues with the way this story goes. 1. In this timeline Luke and Obi-Wan got to dagobah on the Millennium falcon so where did the other ship come from for them to leave the planet? (the ship Yoda arrived on years ago?) 2. If Luke trained until endor does that mean Han was still frozen in carbonite? Luke was vital to the success of the original plan to free Han in the main timeline. also just as a thought, this could have ended with the "what if Vader survived return of the Jedi" fanfic.
