I would argue that’s actually the best case scenario, since it implies the dragon was a threat and Charlie merely lacked the proper authority to take care of it. I think worst case scenario is the dragon is sapient (as in it’s legally a “person”) AND an endangered species. Obviously there’s no irl precedent for that bc we don’t coexist with other sapient life in that way but both could hypothetically apply

Problems: (Pim) - People do this occaisionally for survival (2:13) - Technically this wouldn't be theft since Mip wanted Pim to deliver his "gift" before he died (2:59) (Pim and Charlie) - Mip was a parasite seeing as he melted to goo (4:08) - The Boss' wife is a demon so they wouldn't be charged here (5:03) - I think they would still be charged because the MTD wasn't real as found out a bit later in the episode (5:42; You also missed a 0 in the -100,000,000,000 years)
