A side note I just thought of; Raditz would have gone to Kame house after training one day and found Tien there talking with her. Then, Tien would have gotten up and asked Raditz to step outside for a second. They would both be on the beach, "What did you want to say Tien?" "Launch is a close friend, she was even in love with me at one point." "So this is-" "No," Tien interrupts, "I'm not here to fight for her." Raditz is puzzled but says nothing. "I couldn't give her the love she wanted, or needed, but you have. She talks about you very highly and often, as a brunett and a blonde. And to me, that speaks volumes. I guess what I'm saying is, thank you for taking care of her. You have my blessing, and my friendship." Raditz is a little stunned by the respect shown to him. He feels far more accepted into his brothers group than he ever did with Nappa and Vegita. He thanks him for his kind words, and asks if they want to go back inside, but Tien needs to head back to Chio-su to train more. And they part ways a little closer to being friends. A minor detail, but one I felt would have happened.

Yamcha has a bit of a bad history in keeping his eyes from wandering, even if it’s unknown whether he ACTUALLY cheated in the original I don’t know, however I can’t help but think that Yamcha put his Baseball career above Bulma in his priorities. Add in that the paparazzi and some other media people don’t really care about privacy, some don’t even care about the truth or what sort of impact on people their stories have. Pepper! I say the name should be Pepper They need a Female Super Saiyan in the series, so Raditz and Launch should have a Daughter It is their honeymoon, the two of them are having a lovely dinner made by Blue Launch, however as Raditz eats in the traditional saiyan style, a pepper shaker is knocked over. Launch Sneezes, and Yellow Launch appears. She yells at him "leave me some you bastard" he speaks back in his special way "Why don't you make me" in a challenging voice... The next scene, there is a very squeaky bed, both making certain noises, and then Raditz calls out "Double Sun!" The wall explodes with a blast of light, and Launch is very satisfied... 9 months later they have a Daughter and they name her after that one pepper shaker that started their family.

Raditz and Launch need to call their daughter "Daikkon." The Daikon is a root vegetable like the Burdock (Bardock), Radish (Raditz) and Carrot (Kakarot), and it just kinda sounds like a DBZ character name. Actually even better, have the twins fight as a team. The girl is more head strong and aggressive, while the boy is more passive. The girl eventually turns ssj, but the boy can never quite get it. No back tingles for him. Then, I don't know, have his saiyan genes help unlock some kind of super Terra form or something for some fun and spice. Also, think of all the adventures these kids can go on with Trunks and Goten. I would really want to read that....... MAKE IT SO TOEI!!!!!!

I think it would be interesting for Raditz and Launch to have boy and girl twins. The boy would be Negi, a pun on the japanese word Tamanegi meaning onion. And Koshi, a pun on the japanese word koshō, meaning pepper. I choose Onion and Pepper to make the food puns off of not only to follow suit on the saiyan food pun names, but also to reflect the dual personality of Launch. Pepper is hot and makes you kind of burn up if you have too much, reflecting the fiery personality of blonde launch. Onions make you cry, reflecting the emotional/vulnerable blue haired launch. I would also say that their personalities could line up with their puns but that's up to you (if you use this idea). Hope you like them!

Arinator MK2 What if Caulifla would have been Raditz's daughter. What I mean is Raditz's daughter(with Launch, I like the idea of Launch x Raditz) would be the U7 equivalent to U6 Caulifla. His daughter would also have great potential not only for being half breed, but also from nature, like how Caulifla has massive potential. Though she would be opposite in nature to Caulifla, being somewhat timid in nature like Kale, but not to that extent, therefore making her not much of a fighter, or even someone who even wants to fight at all, wasting her potential.👌 Bugs me that toei wasted such a good character. The fact that he is Goku's brother should be enough reason to bring him back.

I'd love to throw my hat into the ring for the childs names! I think Raditz and Launch would have had a daughter! And to keep both a Vegetable Pun Name and an inspired Japanese name to appease both Raditz and Launch, I suggest she be named: Rikkimi. Now this is a multi-layered name. First off, the "Rik" part is inspired by Leeks. Another ground root vegetable like Radishes, Carrots, and Burdock. Now, this is also inspired by Raditz naming her after his mother Gine which is a pun of Negi the japanese word for Leeks. Since the language lack an "L" sound, the way it would be pronounced would thus come out sounding like "Rik". It's a Saiyan Vegetable pun, honors his mother, and keeps the root vegetable theme WHICH IS LIKELY since Launch doesn't have an actual family naming theme like Bulma, Chichi, or Videl. Secondly is the "Kimi" part of the name. This is more self explanatory as Kimi in japanese means either Noble or Honorable. NOW. I know that this sounds like a saiyan royalty thing, but Raditz was "coward" or "weakling" Raditz. He would want his child to be better, to rise above what it means to be low class. To be a strong and "Honorable" fighter like his brother. Launch would also love it because she would want to give her child a name that expresses her future, the greatness she could become, the fortune she'll have. It's a prophetic name. I hope you all enjoy this name and the explanation behind it, and I hope it gets chosen. Thank you!

Loved this but I have a problem with your assertion that Raditz and Piccolo would have been hanging out at Kame house before the Saiyans arrived. Remember that Piccolo flat out kidnapped Gohan and he was still considered an enemy by everyone prior to the Raditz fight and if he suddenly showed up with Raditz, the other super powerful enemy they just fought (who also kidnapped Gohan) I dont think the rest of the gang would have been so cool with that. Also it kind of goes against both Piccolo's and Raditz's character to want to socialize at Kame house with people they barely know. Just a thought

Dallas John that sounds like a good idea as well! As twins share a lot more of the same DNA with each other than regular siblings (the exact same DNA if they are identical twins) it would indeed make it easier to fuse than the regular fusees. If they are identical twins, I can imagine it being as easy as when Piccolo fused with Kami as they shared the same DNA (Piccolo through his 'father' King Piccolo as he is a clone of him) due to the fact that they were once the same person.

I know that you and your team are currently hard at work on Dragon Ball R&R, but I would honestly love to see a full-on re-telling of the entire Dragon Ball Z story (R&R included) with Raditz's whole storyline included. You and your team have done a really good job at adding a lot more nuance and charm to these characters with the voice acted comics you've done in R&R, and I would love to see the whole thing translated into a legit, full comic series. The writing legitimately makes this a better version of DBZ in my opinion. The little details that you've added to the characters and to the world have more nuance, relatability and charm to them than the original, but they still retain that never-give-up attitude, underdog story type of vibe that Shonen manga tend to have. It's a really well done re-write. I hope you guys continue to make more like it in the future.
