Result: Serbian Invasion The Austrians were mainly concerned about Serbia having a coastline, as it meant they could facilitate trade with France and Britain independently, and Austria wanted to exercise economic influence over Serbia by forcing us to trade with them. A war for Kosovo wouldn't have prevented that, so the Austrians wouldn't intervene directly, most likely sending minor material support to Albania and threating Serbia if they march into Albania proper (we were backed by Russia, I doubt Austria would risk total war in Europe over Kosovo, they would lose German backing and be on their own probably, especially since their Archduke wasn't riddled with bullets yet.) The Albanian military was still fairly weak at this point, and I'm sure the Greeks (apart of the Balkan League) would have joined in for Northern Epirus as well. That's just my thoughts though.

@@ComradeBuco I still think germany would somewhat help albania in a civil war in that result in a few years ww2 happens so in that case obviously germany would attack serbia and albania , so while those 2 are divided they would give somewhat a few parts of land to serbia and albania, so if that happened there wouldn't be the 1999 war

I don't think kiev would be orthodox in a timeline where Russia became Muslim, instead I believe it would either be Catholic or Muslim, but definitely not orthodox
