The thing is with Rinne-Sharingan Madara that could've potentially set him apart with Kaguya is that, Madara in that form was basically borrowing the Chakra and Power of a theoretical Otsutsuki that has the Full Lifeforce of the Ten-Tails. That theoretical Otsutsuki should be on the same level of strength as Kaguya, the Progenitor of Chakra on Earth. That is saying that if Black Zetsu didn't successfully backstab Madara in the back, Madara could've been as powerful as a full-fledged Kaguya Otsutsuki after she consumed from the God Tree. But, on top of that, along with taking on the full chakra of Kaguya, he was able to bring with him the abilities of the Dual Rinnegan, including his former Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, then Hashirama's Cells infused with Wood Sage Mode, and also Hagoromo's Six Paths Sage Mode. All of which were abilities that Kaguya did not retain after taking over Madara's body. That means, along with having Juubi-Kaguya's full chakra and raw strength, he also had with himself an extremely versatile arsenal of many deadly abilities. Theoretically, he would've had the Full Susanoo form in the game, along with 4x Limbo(maybe 8x because of Rinne-Sharingan), Infinite Tsukuyomi, Nagato's Six Paths of Pain, Hagoromo's Truth-Seeking Balls, and Hashirama's Wood Release. And beyond that, Madara's intelligence and fighting compatibility was greater than any Otsutsuki. Madara could've practically been the God of Earth, and if he had succeeded, he would've been the ruler of the entire planet through Tsukuyomi. And had the time came that Momoshiki and Kinshiki would invade Earth, they would've encountered a fake Otsutsuki that was actually far beyond their capabilities or even intelligence to take down. Madara in that form could've actually solo'd Isshiki Otsutsuki and the rest of Amado's army. Theoretically, Rinne-Sharingan Madara could've been that strong. A total planetary mess birthed from the ambitious pride of the Otsutsuki Clan.

She's the only one I have over him, and the reason why she had much more chakra than him was because she took chakra from people that were trapped in IT, something Madara hadn't done (There was no reason for him to do that since he had a shi ton already. 3 eyed Madara have actually a pretty impresive feat he used a jutsu on a planetary scale, it's actually a wood release jutsu but on six paths level as hashirama recognized it this jutsu is that it literally covered the entire planet, showing a hint of madara’s true potential, it is the largest scale jutsu ever used in shippuden after the infinity tsukoyumi which was also used by madara according to the databook the user uses his own chakra to create or make the trees grow faster, although its a planetary scale jutsu, madara did it rather effortlessly

9 months late but here’s my piece. 1. I’m glad u admit a bit of bias lol 2. Madara may have been able to react to guy but he couldn’t move out the way. Same with sasuke. Being able to visually react to something doesn’t mean ur body is at that level as well. That’s just facts even in real life. 3. Sasuke and naruto respectively wouldn’t have been able to solo kaguya. No way not even close. Kaguya is stronger than madara. No doubt. By a long shot. Adult sasuke states he’s confident soloing a kaguya level threat and only didn’t beat kinsshiki alone cuz he was at half chakra. Still worked him without using anything but teleport (not typing it out). 4. Sasuke and naruto literally get stronger. Especially sasuke as it’s directly stated in the last. I genuinely think that if Madara fought Kaguya or momoshiki he would have won. Especially the dual rinnegan + rinnesharingan Madara. It's not that we saw him do anything but we can assume that the 3rd eye is an even bigger buff! Sasuke is just not beating any of those characters without Naruto's help. I honestly think Juubi Madara wins. You mentioned that Guy destroyed his entire left side, his entire left side including his heart, which did not kill pre god tree one rinnegan Madara. Sasuke would have extreme difficulty killing Madara, and I doubt taijutsu would do the trick, Madara would just recover from that. When Madara used Catastrophic Chibaku tensei, he got both Naruto and Sasuke annoyed. And Sasuke needed Naruto's help to destroy most of them. In this situation, Sasuke would be by himself. Mind you Madara doing this jutsu gave him enough time to use Infinite Tsukiyomi. This is ample enough time to add other jutsu's into the equation on top of Catastrophic Chibaku tensei, Sasuke would be completely overwhelmed. It's unlikely Sasuke can deal with Limbo. Sasuke three times tells Naruto to deal with them and not him. Sasuke was able to touch a Limbo clone with his onxy chidori, yet it could be theorized that the Limbo clone was ineffective from Sasuke's jutsu and effected by only Naruto's jutsu. Cause the next time Sasuke interacts with Limbo, he gets blizt leaving Naruto the only one able to react to it. Now you might agrue that Madara got fastsr after retrieving his second rinnegan and having rinne sharingan, but this could also be false as Naruto was able to react to the Limbo clones earlier, he shouldn't now if Madara gotten faster or we would have to argue Naruto got a speed buff out of nowhere cause he shows no signs of being faster than Madara previously lol. Also Sasuke himself stated that what really hurts Limbo is truth seeking orbs, not taijutsu🙄. It took 2 clones including the real Naruto to seal 1 Limbo clone, how did they do it? Truth seeking orbs. This is why when team 7 is hiding in Sasuke's Susanno, Sasuke mentions that the Limbo clones are still out there, meaning that Naruto's clones lost, why? Cause they didn't have truth seeking orbs and taijutsu wasn't enough. So even if Sasuke could touch them and he was just slower than Madara at the time, taijutsu would be hopeless, and Sasuke doesn't possess truth seeking orbs. Speaking of taijutsu, it'll be very difficult to hit Madara as he's majority of the time airborne. And Sasuke can't fly without Susanno, which would be too slow for Madara. And if Sasuke does manage to hit Madara with taijutsu, regeneration. And this is excluding Madara using catastrophic Chibaku tensei to even prevent Sasuke from coming close to him. So with all this, Sasuke theoretically gets outlasted. And for all you Sasuke fans that like saying "Sasuke can dump him into another dimension" like the video said, this is not reliable in mid battle and unlikely able to work. Madara already knows to keep his distance because of Amenotejirkara, and Madara is familiar with portals as he studied Kamui, this is not likely to happen. Madara can just pressure Sasuke from above eventually forcing him to close the portal cause he can't keep it open for long cause it'll drain more chakra🤷🏾‍♂️. And if Sasuke uses the portal from the start, Madara is faster than light, he has ample enough time to keep distance as Sasuke can make a portal not even as fast as light. Madara wins mid dif no cap

i get what you're saying, but I feel like this entire argument of Naruto and Sasuke getting weaker/stronger in Boruto is created by the feelings evoked by the Boruto manga. Naruto's and Sasuke's power simply seems more impressive in Naruto Shippuden than it does in Boruto. We all know they are supposed to be stronger, but the fact is they don't feel stronger, which leads to all this debate. And the impact of the manga on readers is very important because it influences the view and feelings of the readers. I agree that Madara in his peak form is stronger than Adult Sasuke. There is just nothing that Sasuke can do to kill Madara. Sasuke's taijutsu power is not even close to 8 gates to hurt him. Madara didn't even bleed from Lavastyle Rasenshuriken and it was Madara before having a God Tree. Madara surpasses Sasuke in all aspects except speed. A wider arsenal of techniques, regeneration from the ten-tails and Hashirama cells. More chakra and intelligence on par with Sasuke's if not higher. I don't want to write too much. Naruto and Sasuke didn't fight him back then. In addition Kinshiki and Momoshiki had a bad time fighting other kages. It's just embarrassing. Only Fused Momoshiki was able to compete somehow and still died in the end by massive rasengan. Madara died from extraction because Ten Tails husk (Gedo Mazo) was also extracted. from him. When Obito was Ten Tails jinchuriki he survived from extraction because of that. And later when Gedo Mazo was summoned, Black Zetsu was keeping Obito alive. Sasuke can't ''beat'' Madara physically. Even 8 Gates taijutsu power wasn't enough to kill him. Madara can easily regenerate from Sasuke's attacks. Plus Sasuke doesn't have any regeneration so he only will get weaker over time. As I mentioned before Sasuke's advantage is only his mobility and speed. In all other aspects he clearly loses to Madara.

I watched already those videos of Swagkage, SetTheProgrammer. I tired seeing people just trying to make a proof from their videos and think that it is a reliable source like manga. It's just their opinions. Popular example that they said Limbo clones were ''equal'' to Naruto's shadow clones trying to make Madara look weaker. However they didn't say a single word when Sasuke fought Naruto in their final battle. Sasuke himself with rinnegan was not able to make Naruto's clones disappear using taijutsu only so he started using ninjutsus. Can you see the difference? So much attention and detraction to Limbo Clones that they were ''equal'' to Shadow Clones... but didn't say anything to the scene with Sasuke. That's why I am trying to make my own opinion from what I have seen. P.S. Madara's Limbo were stronger because there was a short scene punching Naruto's face. And in the end only Limbo Clones were remaining, so they won against the clones. Also seeing Sasuke getting beaten almost by every villain looks pathethic. I think I don't even need to mentioned Shin Uchiha. I am just hoping that you don't think Shin Uchiha is stronger than Madara since because he damaged Adult Sasuke and Naruto a few times and made them bleed.

When Naruto and Sasuke comboed Jubidara with chidori rasengan and then substituted with Limbo I THINK Sasuke hit it, but it could have been only Naruto's Rasengan.

Madara cant be killed tho, only way to beat him is to extract the tailed beasts or to seal him which requires both the sun and moon seal, moreover sasuke doesnt have the moon seal anymore. Madaras durability is really high, he got beaten to a pulp, tanked a lava rasenshuriken and got sliced in half and still lived cos of regen while momoshiki lost to base narutos rasengan. Sasuke would have a hard time hitting madara as he has 4 limbo but madara would also have a hard time hitting sasuke as he can spam teleport so it all boils down to who has the more chakra and power which obviously madara has (9 tailed beasts + susanoo + wood style + light and shadow style jutsu + rinnesharingan abilities). Id say madara wins mid to high difficulty.

I think Kaguya was more powerful than Isshiki, but had very little combat experience. It seemed like her taking over Madara's body at the end made the fight easier for Naruto and the gang. Making all of the new enemies in Boruto immune to all ninjutsu nerfs Naruto and Sasuke to a very large degree. Sasuke not having his left arm matters a lot as well.

Ishiki was stronger than Kaguya, because he uses shinjustu. If he didn't have shinjustu then Kaguya would be stronger but you know. Shinjustu just outright beats all other forms of jutsu. Rikudo Madara Vs Prime Sasuke Alright, first lets go over different categories of power and see how they fair against each other in these specific category. 1)NINJUTSU : The 5 basic elements will be almost useless because they both have rinnegan and can absorb the ninjutsu. ITS A TIE 2)TAIJUTSU : Prime Sasuke is a beast with his sword and the rinnegan gives him what basically an OP version of the substitution jutsu. But he has an entire arm missing, thats gotta nurf him in taijutsu. Madara when freshly reanimated literally took on an entire army with his fists and gave them a run for their money, his skills in taijutsu are underrated. Rikudo Marada can fly which will give him greater mobility on top of his skill and his limbo clones will give him the advantage of greater number. MARADA HAS THE UPPER HAND 3)GENJUTSU : Its so difficult to put Tailed beast under genjutsu that its generally considered impossible and Sasuke put ALL of them under genjutsu. But Marada his the Infinite Tsukinome which is unquestionably THE MOST POERFUL GENJUTSU IN THE SHOW. 4) SUSANOO: Rikudo Madara, if he goes susanoo will have the power of the 10 Tails , Six Paths and The Divine Tree in it which in very likely to cause some mutation to the susanoo the same way Sasuke's susanoo mutated. Boruto Sasuke is weird because Sasuke is constantly out of gas because he's constantly taking a stroll across dimensions and being used as a taxi, We have never seen Adult Sasuke at his normal strength. Also Boruto and Kawaki are definitely above Genin level threats with their Karma and their overall attack power is quite high, plus they were a nuisance since Isshiki needed them alive and could fuck around with him to help without the threat of dying. Physical Strength and speed, Isshiki is better than Kaguya and Madara, it doesn't help since every chakra based attack and any projectile is negated, absorbed or shrinked so over half of their skillsets are gone in Boruto fights compared to when they can still use them normally against Kaguya and Madara, the match ups are fucked beyond belief in Boruto so you can't really make a good comparison against the otsutsukis. Impressive enough that they can deal with Momoshiki boosted by another otsutsuki with the jutsu absorbing disadvantage while they were depleted of chakra (Sasuke teleporting dimensions again, Naruto being drained right before being freed).

Sasuke doesnt have feats to be on par with madara, only statements and feats have priority over statements. Kaguya is stronger than sasuke and madara only by power and chakra but has literally 0 battle experience and intelligence. So all otsutsukis, sasuke and madara too imo can beat her. Madara has counters to every move sasuke has and many people forget that he still has all the powers of his previous versions. Madara can use indra mode susanoo + wood dragon + wood golem + rinnesharingan abilities, can also use light and shadow style jutsus and has both indra and ashuras powers. Sasuke cant keep up with all that.

When 3eyed jubidara was transforming into kaguya , naruto and sasuke both agreed that atleast 10-tails amount of chakra is being pumped into madara and kaguya is leagues above madara ( so many leagues above that intelligence stops mattering , she is a full 10-tails above him atleast , maybe shikamaru can defeat orange mask obito or pain using inteligence even tho the difference between them is not of a ten tails ) . Kaguya was afraid of him thats why she was ready to kill her children to make a white zetsu army and have plenty chakra on her side with the divine tree . Sasukes main powers comes from the sharingan which come from indra, hagoromos son and hagoromos powers were equally divided to indra and ashura. Indra unlocked the perfect susanoo just minutes after awakening the mangekyo so we can only imagine his prime power. Sasuke on the other hand needed ems and a lot of practise to reach that level. With the rinnegan and being adult i dont even think hes peak indra level. Now the thing is hagoromo has both indra and ashuras powers. He can use everything sasuke can along with prime senjus powers which equal the uchihas. So hagoromo is 2 times indra. Now hagoromo and hamura are kaguyas sons which means she has powers of both of them combined. Comparing sasuke to kaguya, hes a descendent of her grandson who only had a 1/4th of her powers so logically kaguyas leagus above sasuke. Now the fact that sasuke was keeping up with fused momo disproves the statement that momoshiki is equal to or powerful than kaguya as i have proved that kaguya is leagues ahead of sasuke (by power and chakra). It was only stated that momo was powerful than her and was not supported. Kaguya wasnt just scared of momoshiki alone, she feared all otsutsukis would come looking for her. Now coming to madara, he was already at low hagoromo level cos he had prime uchiha power along with senju powers. After absorbing the 10 tails, hagoromo himself stated that he was approaching him and after getting god tree, both rinnegan and rinnesharingan (which hagoromo didnt have) hes equal to or slightly weaker than hagoromo (cos hes a half blood otsutsuki and has more experience). So logically sasuke needs a 10 tails and senju powers to be on par with madara. Saying sasuke surpassed kaguya would mean that he surpassed the power of all the tailed beasts combined which is absurd.

CT would not work against Juudara, he has more than enough destructive attacks to take out the center orb. If characters like Edo Itachi, KCM1 Naruto and Killer Bee who are fodder in terms of power compared to Madara can do it, he shouldn’t have an issue. I agree Juudara would still have Susano’o, he’s already displayed that he can use Sharingan abilities with the Juubi so it would make zero sense as to why he couldn’t use it. Adult Sasuke would put up a fight, but he would inevitably lose in the end. He simply does not have the same chakra, IQ prowess, durability and versatility as Juudara. Sasuke’s only real advantage is speed and it’s not that huge of a factor. Sure, he cut Juudara in half, but look what happened when he got his second eye? Sasuke tried to charge at him again and Madara easily reacted to it by pushing him away with limbo. Speaking of limbo, Sasuke doesn’t possess six paths Senjutsu, he can see limbo, but he cannot touch him. I’d wager Madara’s limbo can use their own Susano’o since it’s stated they are “equal in abilities” to the original, but let’s say they can’t, he still has wood clones and MORE than enough chakra to at least summon a handful of Perfect Susano’o clones. We already have evidence he has the chakra to summon wood style vines on a planetary scale. Juudara also can afford to take fatal hits and regenerate entire organs and limbs back, Sasuke can’t. Sasuke’s Rinnegan abilities will be annoying for Juudara, but having to deal with limbo, multiple perfect Susano’o’s, dozens of CT, Sasuke is going to gas out eventually. I’d figure Juudara would wait for the perfect moment when Sasuke would fatigue to finish him off with a light of fang attack through the skull.

But he uses versions that seem to make the ENEMY the core as against Momo all the rocks just blatantly went to him rather than going to a Core and sucking him up. It's assumed he's using a Six Paths Chibaku but just without Naruto and his own version of it. He also when weaker just kind of Clapped and boom all the Bijuu's in Chibaku. ~ So either just from the get go or when Madara is weakened it sort of ends when SAsuke bodies him and Seals him. ~~ I think IQ wise he is probably better and Durability wise well. He just doesn't have Regen but his Raw Durability should scale over as I don't see Madara taking a Kick from Jigen that broke through SAsuke's Susanoo which should be way stronger without it being like fatal for someone of his tier. His Regen/Weird Immortality would save him but Sasuke doesn't have that. Especially when Kicks from this character can be noted as "Heavy" from someone like Naruto in his KCM Six Paths Sage Mode. And Naruto was able to beat up Madara before even putting on the Cloak granted he did get a few amps but Naruto got stronger as well and still had abilities. Sasuke of course essentially being an Equal to this Naruto for the most part just lacking Regen. ~~~ Chakra is another weird thing that the series portrays weirdly but I think the control and use of his Chakra makes it more powerful. Pain, which yes I know is weaker than Sasuke, had one halve of Kyuubi at only it’s 8 tails form break out, are you telling me Madara with the combined powers of all NINE Biiju doesn’t have the raw strength to break open the meteor? It’s not even like Sasuke’s meteors are that much bigger than Pain’s, it’s mostly just that he can make multiple ones and use the enemy as the center of gravity. He caught him off guard with his Six paths power amp and received one hit, which at the end of the day meant nothing to Juudara due to his regen. Sasuke can swap places with limbo, but it’s meaningless since he has nothing that can hurt them. Sasuke is definitely not Naruto’s equal lol, Naruto is able to compete with him even when he was hesitating on fighting to kill, meanwhile Sasuke needs additional amps from Biiju to be on par. Adult Naruto is SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than Adult Sasuke, he’s a joke compared to Baryon Mode. Just because he “thinks” he can handle Kaguya threats doesn’t mean he can, he also has a stronger fighter(Naruto) helping him with opponents like Momo. Sasuke alone had trouble fighting Kinishiki, who in turn is pretty pathetic since he had trouble fighting Kage level opponents and his best feat was cutting a tree down. The fact Sasuke can’t even blitz an Akatsuki level fighter like Shin Uchiha is also embarrassing. Adult Sasuke more or less is just a more experienced and skilled fighter from his Shippuden counterpart, he did not have any real significant power amps, especially since he’s never done anything more impressive than Indra’s arrow which was only a temp power up. 1 Eye Sasuke sorry but he gets a no diff by Juudara, that’s not even a debate, he has nothing in his arsenal that can threaten Madara at that point. So i watched Naruto explained and NC Hammer 23's videos on this. I think NE had the best idea personally because one thing that you mentioned is how sasuke never really did anything all that impression. NE addresses this as feelings vs the actual situation. Kishimoto before writing Boruto said that he wanted Naruto and Sasuke to be exponentially more powerful, but not display it in a way that minimalizes the kids fighting visually. This basically means that feats of power will not be having earth breaking meteors fall from the sky and get crushed by tailed beast bomb rasen shuriken. Instead they will be referenced through writing and and context of the fighting itself, along with knowledge of the power system in the show. Kaguya wrote that she needed an army because she knew that there would be punishment for eating the seed from the divine tree. Those two people she feared and felt like she needed a zetsu army to help her fight (with the zetsu chakra buff) were momoshiki and kinshiki. Through that context we know that kaguya thinks those two are stronger than her because she knew she couldnt beat them herself. A nerfed adult sasuke and naruto wiped the floor with fused momoshiki. we know they were nerfed because sasuke and naruto both didnt have combined half of their chakra capacity. Also if we pay attention to how much better sasuke is with his six tomei rinnegan than he was when he was in shippuden its a massively noticeable difference. He was able to use Amenotejikara several times after depleting his chakra pool by teleporting between dimensions. Also he and non baryon mode naruto lost to Ishiki and Jigen (duh) but it was stated that Ishiki was more powerrful than Kaguya. And Naruto and Sasuke in the show both point out how much more powerful Kaguya was than 3 eyed Madara. I dont wanna write anymore of an essay here but. Kishimoto literally said he is MUCH stronger and also had a quote that acknowledges your concern with why hes not doing anything impressive. So if for the sake of argument all of the logic of understanding the story is out of the window, the writer of the world said himself that Naruto and Sasuke are so much stronger but he is expressing the strength in a different way. So lets be real, Madara isa total bad man but. I think its just fact that sasuke could win.

Also toneri was stated to he the strongest opponent naruto had faced. Then in a databook the last sasuke was stated to be kakashis strongest student. So the last also wins. Kaguya fight sasuke vs 3 eyed juubidara would be the best fight

Statements are made within narratives to give context to things which don't necessarily need to be shown for proof. Being someone who has faced Kaguya and Madara, Sasuke could accurately gauge the two. He is a reliable source in this situation. If the claims were not true, why bother placing them in the pages?

@@DygoKnight I understand the want to use the visual representations as a means to analyze scaling. But, that has more to do with the artwork than the scaling itself. You even addressed this yourself. Baryon mode's performance in my opinion wasn't all that impressive to me visually compared to valley of the end Naruto. However, I understand from the limited visuals and narrative that Baryon was significantly stronger. The same applies to Sasuke. Especially, when his kit is just being counter played versus outplayed. You said it yourself, due to absorption, Sasuke's moves are limited. It doesn't mean they lack in power. It just means they can not be applied.

It was Kaguya that cheapshotted him to begin with, almost killing him. He took on a weak vessel, while Kaguya gained strength before eventually being sealed. Their skillsets are different, but I think it is implied that they are fairly relative overall. Similar to how Akatsuki pairings were relative.

Naruto and sasuke fought kaguya when they were teenagers, then they got even stronger as adults in the boruto era. Maybe she thought his horn was ugly. Maybe she caught him wearing Air Force Ones, and knew he deserved it. Her powers seemed more travel/environment based where his were more hand to hand combat. She had a 1 hit kill ash bone move she could snipe with from dimensional gates. She didnt have any big reason to work on her hand to hand being paired with him, who was quite proficient. He obviously wasnt on a level that exceeded her to the point she couldnt harm him. With his abilities and talent, he didnt seem to see her attack coming either. I agree with you that the narrative dictates that he must be stronger for tue sake of progression.....but Kishimoto isnt exactly a great writer. To let the younger generation participate they had to scale back on the destruction, that's why most of the fights in Boruto are Taijutsu based. Also, you're just using destruction feats. There are other feats you can use, like Jigen completely shattering a Perfect Susanoo with a simple kick whereas Kaguya has to use a Jutsu to destroy it. Momoshiki destroys a Susanoo clad Kurama avatar head, that's a feat. These are all greater feats than Jubidara displays. But I will admit, unless we use the novel adaptations of the Momoshiki arc, there isn't really any feats that scale to Kaguya's ETSO without any statements or guides.

Like you said you're ignoring the statements but you're doing a lot more than just that, every Otsutsuki character in Boruto can absorb ninjutsu which where the main combat style in Naturo, that's why there's no more planet shaking attacks like in the war arc of Shippuden, imagine what would happen if every dragon Ball God tier character could absorb ki attacks, would they still break dimensions like they did with Gogeta vs Broly ? Sasuke got stronger but he can't use those powers for obvious reasons, if you doubt that fact, KCM just a few years after Shippuden was able to one shot Toneri a character who split the moon in two and Sasuke has always been a rival to all forms of Naruto, except for Baryon mode of course Well, As for double rennigan Madara, he could use four limbo, Naruto's shadow didn't do too much bad against them. Plus Naruto and Sasuke didn't feel outmatched like they didn't with Kaguya who just absorbed chakra from everyone trapped in the infinite tsukuyomi, Sasuke was like " go after the shadow Madaras, I'll go after the real one " I'm only mentioning this because you talked about mighty guy bending time and space as if you're were implying that he was faster than Sasuke, well with all that space and time bending he still needed help from Kakashi and Minato whereas Sasuke didn't, This is already too much but there's still a lot more I can still talk about Conclusion I suggest you start comparing their Taijutsu skills to see who's stronger plus assume Sasuke is fighting at 100% of his chakra which we have never seen in Boruto

I think that you don’t wanna realize how strong everyone in boruto gets cuz I don’t blame you. Even sakura manages to beat a v2 9 tail cloak six path jinchuricki alone. Sasuke stated that madara has waay inferior chakra than madara meaning that her physicality was better. Naruto and kakashi and even sakura managed to tag her . I would say that rinnesharingan madara would be physically weaker than kaguya. However he would be smarter and he could still probably use the susanoo. Which makes him a tougher fight than kaguya. With that said, fused momoshiki fought a heavily fatigued sasuke and naruto. Half of naruto's chakra was taken out if im not mistaken and we all know how much teleporting takes out of sasuke. It is implied in the show that sasuke and naruto were equals, and they beat fused momoshiki at half strength. Fused Momoshiki is definitely stronger than kaguya as kaguya was worried about them at their base forms. Not saying kaguya couldnt take them at their bases, but definitely not when fused. Rinnesharingan madara is relative to fused momoshiki due to his intellect and susanoo but thats about it. He definitely has lower stats than fused momoshiki. And he wont be out smarting sasuke. In conclusion a full powered adult sasuke can take on and beat rinnesharingan madara. Mid to High diff. He would defeat any weaker version of madara
