2 things I’d add: When you activate Scorpion’s final smash, the announcer from Mortal Kombat will say the iconic line “Finish Him!” Regardless of wether it hits or not. I think Scorpions Final Smash would be he dashes toward you and when he hits a single enemy, he could take you to the Netherrealm. He would take off his mask and do his flamethrower move, which would do 30% damage, and then he bursts in a firey explosion, which would reference one of his winning animations in MK11. This would also make sense as to why it would be an instant KO if the enemy is over 100% Damage: 60%

What is scout was in smash? He would be a lightweight class with 3 jumps whenever he did his third jump he would pull out his atomizer With no crawling or walljumps. Jab: it would be a three hit jab where he swings his bat with a final swing on the third hit. Dash attack: scout would throw his wrap assassin ball and if it hits a foe it would do slight bleeding for about 2 seconds would be a bit spammible but it is week. Side tilt: he would just swing his bat to the side. Up tilt: he would swing his bat upwards. Down tilt he would shoot his force a nature downwards and it would deal big knockback. Sidesmash: he would use the Boston basher and charge the smash up if he manages to hit a foe they will bleed for 5 seconds but if he missis scout will bleed. Downsmash he would just swing the bat downwards. Up smash ThE bAt gOeS uPwArDs. Nair: the bat goes towards. Bair: he would shoot his force a nature backwards. Dair: he would send a bunch of pistol shots downards dealing flinching damage. Uair he would swing his bat upwards. Grabs: his pummel would have him shoot a pistol into the foe. Forward throw scout would shove the foe using the same shove from the shortstop towards for the back throw he would do the same. Down throw he would B O N K! His opponents into the ground burrying them. Up throw? I dunno Specials: neutral special. He would shoot his scattergun up to 6 times before reloading he would be able to move while holding the button side special he would throw the sandman ball Wich would slow down the opponent ( valve nerfed it so it doesn't stun anymore) up special I had 2 ideas the first he would shoot his force a nature pushing him up or depending on how much damage he's done he would activate his soda popper and do multiple jumps in midair doing about 8 midair jumps. Down special he would have a 50 50 chance of drinking the crit a cola or the bonk atomic punch. The crit a cola increases scouts damage for 5 seconds while the bonk would have it so he is invincible for 8 seconds however he would not be able to attack while in this form. Final smash. For his final smash I had didn't know what to do so I guess Uber? Yeah that sound good. Oh and one more thing whenever scout dies he would have a 1 percent chance of archamedes coming out of him. You can figure out the costumes and taunts I'm to lazy to write the rest

i'd be interested to see a moveset for a character from Celeste. I think the playable character, Madeline, wouldn't be doable, since she doesn't have any abilities you could really "attacks." But the (sort of) antagonist, Badeline, on the other hand actually has a bossfight with attacks, so you would have a lot more to work with. It'd still be a challenge I'm sure.

I must say, great work! I've being watching your videos recently, and it's super fun to see the creative moveset and gimmicks you come up with some characters. Personally, i would love to see your take on a moveset for the Shrine Maiden of Paradise, Reimu Hakurei! :D From the Touhou Project series. Along with Shantae, Hat Kid, Phoenix Wrigth and Paper Mario, she is my most wanted character, and actually the only one who hasn't being covered by you lol I think Reimu has a lot of interesting and fun moveset potential from the Bullet Hell games and, primarily, the fighting games. With the latter the moveset would pretty much write itself... For the "Toasty" Victory animation you mentioned I would have let Scorpion do the actual fatality to the camera man, like Sub-Zero did in Injustice 2 as it's guest character.

I know I’m late af to this video but there are a few things I would personally add: Instead of the X-ray move for his final smash, I think it’s a lot more iconic if toasty is his final smash. Scorpion does the barrel role dive forward and if he hits someone, it goes into a little cutscene similar to kazuya. He rips his mask off then starts flame throwering at the opponent doing tons of damage. Then he lets out a big flame ball like in some iterations of toasty that either KOs the opponent or knocks them away depending on percent. The other thing I would add is in his victory screens, the announcer is actually the announcer from mortal kombat, again, just like kazuya. I love your idea of having him say “flawless victory” if he didn’t take any damage! Overall, I love the move set you gave scorpion. It uses a lot of his moves from mortal kombat and is very faithful. Hopefully he actually gets into smash one day.

Here my suggestions for the moves set sandbag will have: All his jab: his favorite homerun bat Smash attack: Smash his foes with his bat just like every character do with the homerun bat Neutral Air attack: he just spin around with the bat crazy Forward air attack: hit his foes with the homerun bat like Mario forward air attack Down air attack: hit his bat downward spiking his foe like cloud forward air Back air attack: kick backward with a flying pan from peach and then wink after the back air attack Up air attack: He flung a beam sword upward like link up attack and lunching his foe into a star K.O very hardly Neutral special: He grabbed out a ray gun and shoot his foes Side special: dash forward grabbing the foes in mid air then pull out a bomb-omb and K.O his foes Down special: Goundpound (this is a reference to His groundpound attack from ssf2 but with earthquakes) Up special: uses jackpack to boost up and back onto the stage, this also spike his foes Neutral taunt: “wink” Side taunt: “he fall asleep falling down then he wake up coming back up and says (I’m a wake!)” Down taunt: “put headphones on and plays lifelight” Up taunt: “sneeze” Victory animation #1: sleeping with pikachu and pichu and Kirby Victory animation #2: he does a smile face with a cute sound Victory animation #3: wink again with the bat after hitting a random foe into the sky with his revenge Victory animation #4: He drinking water with Mario as he spill it on his own face Alternative costume: Kirby alt, pikachu alt, pichu alt, Red alt, grey alt, blue alt, rainbow alt, and a inverted alt as a alternative costume (base on the one ssf2)

It would be interesting to see a bird Pokemon get into smash. Perhaps Birdkeeper trainer who uses a humanoid bird Pokemon paired with a bird Pokemon. Version A. A Pokemon trainer like player that can switch between characters. The skin you would choose would change the pairing of Pokemon Galar skin: Sirfetched and Corviknight Kanto Skin 1: Farfetched and Pidgeot Or Version B: an ice climbers like character... in which a humanoid bird Pokemon is the main user and the secondary Pokemon is a flying bird. The flying bird finishes off certain combos and can be knocked out if hit directly. Talonflame- fire effects Corviknight- heavier, plus more launch ability Staraptor- Lucario like ability that increases damage when receives damage. Noctowl-Dark or psychic damage to effects

There is only one request from me... Razputin Aquato (or just Raz as his friends call him) from the game Psychonauts on PS2. He is from an amazing platformer with attacks he uses with his mind... If you ever do decide to do this (or even if you dont) I encourage you to please play psychonauts... (you can get it on the ps4). It is such a fun platformer with amazing characters, bosses, and a good story. The controls can be weird at times, but its a good game nonetheless. So yeah, try out psychonauts like I did, (please) and you might find yourself loving raz. (He also has great moveset potential) The game is so underrated so i encourage you to play it, also he is getting a new game sometime soon

And to add to that, if the opponent's damage is above 100% AND their shield is broken, the background darkens like it does in Mortal Kombat, allowing him to deal 999% damage with his next attack, causing the opponent to fall over onto the ground and then vanish? Maybe even include the button combinations for bloodless versions of classic Scorpion fatalities.
