I like the Imu as mother nature idea. Mother nature provides rain, the soil, food, air, all good living conditions etc, but when she's angry she shakes the earth with quakes, strikes down with lightning, her voice is thunder; and with a wave of her hand she blows over houses and uproot trees. She's kind and loving but also merciless, and no one can stand before her when she's enraged. No one but the sun, that is. Without the sun, she has no life. She's calm in the fullness of its presence. He reminds her of their relationship, that she too is life, not death. I think the sun god Nika will tame Imu and bring her into a state of harmony....perhaps, lol 😆

I think hes a demigod. The child of sun and moon, like his baby jumpsuit suggests. It also would make him part celestial and so of limits to marines. Celestial body would describe it the best. In theory celestial dragons could also be called celestial bodies, wich would fit the names of planets and the common royalty in Mariejois as simple stars. In fact Nika would be a celestial body too by this definition, as well as Blackbeard (darkness of the space). The real fallen celestial would be Nika in this case. Since hes the manifestation of freedom and in therefore the polar opposite of celestial hierarchy. Oda is truly a mastermind.

shanks reminds me of a grandson of a irish chieftain who was of a norse father and irish mother who had been brought to iceland as a captive, but the son eventually meets the grandfather who treats him as if they always knew him, he later in life becomes king of ulster, one of the 4 kingdoms , but there's definitely something up with shanks bloodline , and how he become emperor is probably influenced by this and he was youngest of the previous yonkos but i do think there'll be a fifth, since morgans interference announcing a fifth annoyed the WG but i dont think he was bluffing about a 5th yonko, and we dont know what powerhouse shanks replaced

Imu being a woman and symbol for mother would make sense in psychological sense, if pirates represent freedom and Marines and WG order, Imu would be symbol of toxic femininity, the overbearing mother. Instead of being the nurturing mother that offers the starting point for personal growth, she tries to keep everything in stasis, claiming its safety. Oda said in one SBS that in his story characters don't have mothers because mothers are anti-thesis for adventure. So even if he didn't consciously meant it there could be some Jungian elements going on there.

The worst generation has one. I bet the redhead giant was either JoyBoy or some other epic character. Even the Oars seem to follow the pattern of Black, White, Red. It's like every group in one Piece has this pattern and then we can guess what will be Luffy's final transformation color.

In a few Years i can not only Call One Piece "Red Piece" but "Read Piece" as in i finally read the whole story. On one hand I can't wait to finish a series that I'm watching for over 15 years now(I'm 27 now reading the Manga for about 5y) starting in 2003 with everything up until Water 7 being dubbed in Germany back then, running home from school not to miss it. On the Other Hand i kinda feel as it would leave an empty spot for me and don't want it to be over. I'm at 7:05 and as your explaining this it started making me think of, Inana/Ishtar who was also the goddess of heaven, war, politics, and associated with the planet Venus and an 8 pointed start. In short, randomly listened to the 2nd part of this yt video called "Playing E.V.O: The 4.6 Billion Year Journey" by Tehsnakerer starting at rougly 38mins into the video and imo plot of this game heavily reminded me of one piece terms.. I cannot find good written reviews abiut the plot to quote so I only can refer to his summarization, and I couldn't fully grasp it (not english native) but topics of the game are moon people called lunarians descending onto atlantis there is also gaia and lucifer involved and the plants/fruits of evolution AND 3 eyed tribe people so i thought this is unlikely to be a coincidence and Oda might very well be influenced by this formerly japanese only game from 1998

How I see the picture. Imu is first named in garden. What are gardens for? Growing things? What grows? Fruits? What are fruits in One Piece namely associated with the Devil. Where is this garden mentioned? Pangaea Castle on Holy Land of Mary Joseph. What also grew in a garden? The fruit of the knowledge of good and evil infiltrated by the Serpent (Worm). What is the word for Worm in Japanese? Also, Imo-Mushi. Imu's world has sustained on releasing the devils power as fruits to move the world into a constant state of power struggle, forcing the training of Haki users and other weaponry and technology to raise the competitiveness of the worlds hitters to the maximum for control of the Grand Line in order to sort out the One Contender to climb from the end of the Grand Line to the Red Line to face Imo Mushi and decide the next history fo the World.
