As a czech person i would LOVE if you would add some aspect of restiblished autonomus land of bohemian crown. Beacuse in real live there was really prominent czech figure named František Palacký. He was too invited to Frankfurt parlament, but he was more of a supporter of "austro-slavic" theory. (Peacefull reformation of austria in sake of unity and defence against greater threats such as autocratic Russia.

Plus during 1848 there was national uprising in Prag too. And there was this thing called "Slavic Congress" where multiple delegates from numerous slavic lands decided for example on the famous "slavic tricolour" (White, Blue and Red).

I personally think that it’s a strong possibility that Hungary would have federalised after its victory in its 1848 revolution. Since less than 50% of its territory is mainly inhabited by Hungarians, and the rest is populated with Croats / Slovenians / Serbs and Romanians. And is one of the reasons why the Serbian minorities revolted since they did not want to be a part of Hungary. So the Hungarian government would have likely reformed itself into a federation after they crushed all their minority rebellions.

fun fact the revolution in sicily had nothing to do with italy we sicilians simply wanted our independence back from the Neapolitan Boubons that annexed the two crowns of Sicily and Naples and sold Malta to britan to do so
