What If The Uchiha Clan Left Konoha With Madara Uchiha?

When Madara Uchiha told Hashirama Senju, the first hokage of Konoha, that he was going to leave the hidden leaf village, it became one of the cornerstone moments in the history of Naruto, especially once it became clear that the Uchiha clan would not side with their clan leader, Madara. Madara Uchiha vs Hashirama Senju would literally become a landscape altering battle and the ramifications of Madara's attack against Konoha's first hokage would forever change the ninja world. The Uchiha Clan would slowly over time be pushed to the point where they felt they had no choice but to turn against the hidden leaf village, which then led to the Uchiha Massacre, leaving only two survivors, three if we count Obito Uchiha. However, what if this never happened? What if the Uchiha Clan left the village alongside Madara Uchiha? What would become of the Uchiha clan, one of Konoha's four noble clans? Would they join another nation or would they conquer their own territory to form their own ninja village? What would the relationship between the hidden leaf village and the Uchiha be like? Madara is the type of guy who would unironically go ham whenever he spent time with his kid. Playing Catch? Throws the ball hard enough to break the sound barrier. I spy? Activates Mangekyo Sharingan to both spot better and reverse Time to always get the upper hand. Making food? Puts enough spice in it to force the kid to do a perfect fireball jutsu just to cool his mouth down. Not to mention he'd probably take anything less than perfect grades as a sign of weakness and failure. On the other hand, your never getting bullied at the very least. And if you are, then the bullies bodies are showing up on the morning news.

What if Orochimaru succeeded in crushing Konoha? For this scenario you can have Kimmiaro being apart of the invasion and Gaara turning into Shukaku in the village epicenter must occur. Wildcards: Jiraiya & Kakashi (and several other Jonin) could take the genin rookie class (Naruto & Sasuke included) out of the village when they realized the battle was lost Jiraiya would also seek out Tsunade for healing the wounded. Due to the new regime of Orochimaru as Hokage and Danzo (as advisor) and root as his enforcers itachi would think the worst of Sasuke's safety and he would leak classified information to the other villages. Last wildcard the Akatsuki. The Jinchuriki hunt would be put on hold due to Orochimaru covertly hindering their operations (this would result in an invasion of Konoha part 2 this time by the Akatsuki).

Without the 9 tails imo even with minatos training naruto never makes it past chunin and that's if he survived long enough as a genin to take the exam by the time in the series he actually used his own power he cultivated instead of just drawing from the 9 tails it was already almost the end of the series so I doubt he survives that long especially if he had to go up against zabuza or someone like him at a relative age as when he did in cannon

This was a good "what if" video. Still don't know whom would come out on top if the Ledf and the Cloud went at it though. This means that Shisui would have never awakened his Mangekyo, at least not the way he originally did. Danzo would never attempt to steal Shisui's eyes, so Itachi also doesn't awaken his Mangekyo. Ay being alive(3rd Raikage) would mean that he would invest more time into training Darui. Minato not being Hokage would allow him to develop more jutsu and make him invest more time into training Kakashi. And if Sakumo his still alive, then he too would train his son. Orochimaru remaining in the village would mean that he would be too busy with war to even be thinking about his experiments. He'd spend more time making Anko a force to be reckoned with. What do y'all think?

So basically another Bad Timeline were Kaguya win got it. I mean it makes sense Madara didn't know Black Zetsu's Plan Zetsu most likely thinking here "Man this is so easy right now." 😆 Plus having the whole Uchiha Clan in the Land of Lightning makes them dangerous now. Konoha without the Uchiha is definitely a weaker village. But all this talk about the Uchiha always leads me back to the Hyuga. Notice there were never any legendary Hyuga. No Hyuga were hokage. None were mentioned on the level of the Sannin, the White Fang, or Danzo and none of them had a special kekkei genkai. Zabuza, the first major villain of the series, is stronger than any Hyuga we have seen in the whole series. How can this clan be highly looked upon when they were done so dirty?
