​@francescomangini185 Most hoi4 mp mods make it so that the axis actually has a fuel problem. Also they put oil in egypt and middle east to make the africa campaign worth it for the axis. Caucasus cant be realistically simulated because if germany gets there likely the soviets have collapsed

Mod does that as a balancing thing, but it gives some boosts to soviets, some factories and the gold trade, which is a focus that gives like 10% consumer goods, so overall a little scaling for the soviets

As far as I know overstacking only reduces the 4 main stat bonuses from generals like 2.5% a level idr not the traits themselves meaning having all infantry under a logistics wizard infantry expert would be a good idea for ease of use in infantry only
