As a result of Thanos and Hela being destroyed by Surtur along with Asgard’s original location, the bright side is that it means that Gamora, Loki, Heimdall, and the Warriors Three live while Nebula would have to be informed that Thanos had been destroyed by Surtur on Asgard’s original location along with Hela.

That would actually be a good What If episode. I think Hela, Loki and Thor would actually get along if she was never imprisoned because then Thor and Loki always knew that they actually had a older sister. I can imagine Hela being an overprotective oldest sibling that has to keep her brothers in check, Thor is the wreckless middle kid who occasionally fights with Loki, the youngest sibling who's actually really smart. But despite their difference they actually look up to their sister and loves her as much as she loves them.

Always hated that with Thor: Rag ... how Thor and Loki knowing she is the first born and hence is the true heir to the throne, do not submit. Loki would have submitted to learn who this new person is and that find an opportunity to seize power. And his lust for power with her lust for conquest would be been a good combination. Loki might have even taken lordship over some lesser realms (say Midgard) in her name getting the power he craved. Thor loyal to the royal line likely would have stepped aside and instead of fighting her would have fled to Midgard to start rather than join the conquest, and then fought her defending the Earth he had exiled himself to.
