This is what I believe would happen with Giorno in any situation, or at least a variation of this. In the GER vs act 4 matchup, GER wins. Idea , make SPTW have a simular evolution to fugo , as in making him “awakened”. More detailed explanation: Once Jotaro reaches a breaking point (for example a friend dies) he will go full beserk ignoring any damage to civilians , and both jotaros and SPTW’s strenght will increased to the point where a slam to the ground could create a small crator. SPTW’s time stop will be extended to 8 seconds.

I think this actually makes sense to me. Without Giorno to control G.E.R, Fugo lasted longer. G.E.R is trying to think for itself, and is disobeying the rule that a stand is a manifestation of one's psychology. It's also interesting in a way, does that mean you're fighting a deeper feeling in your mind? Cause despite the stand being a living being with it's on mind, that is still Golden Experience, no? That means it's still part of Giorno.
