There is a whole discussion about the nature of using shampoo. On one side, shampoo cleans your hair and removes debris, which is good, obviously. On the other side, it also deletes the natural oils formed from inside of your scalp, which can foment the over production of these oils later, and leave your hair oily, causing an endless loop of shampooing and your hair getting oilier. From my understanding, and I recommend y’all make your own research, as I am the furthest thing from a dermatologist, there is a perfect amount of shampoo for every type of hair. As for our streamer here, yeah, no clue. Let him cook, I guess.

Kind of just depends on the oil production and hair type. Most women with long hair who I know wash it about twice a week. That said, I have slightly shorter hair than frost, and if I go 2 days without showering I look and feel like someone dunked me in a vat of olive oil.

This reminds me of my run today Watcher, divinity deck with prismatic. I got recycle and reaper. Essentially I doubled my damage for next turn and set up divinity. Use inflame and fasting and recycle meteor smash. Heal to full then cast ragnarock. Very fun

you have to make sure you have ModTheSpire installed and then you can access the console commands with ~ key. type "relic add Prismatic_shard" at the beginning of the run to start with it.
