Вообще то обичайку в которую сложены лезвия и порошок железа или стали надо было отделить после первой поковки и кузнечной сварки.ну это так для разнообразия.слепил говняную железяку с сталью для лезвий с вольфрамом и никелем🤦

Да уж всякое в жизни видел а вот тут просто удивился. Тридцать пачек лезвий ими можно было бриться не один год. И взять их и убить в такую бритву. Даже если она будет лучше то сделать такое, нужно станки как тут показали. А если короче сказать то, "овчинка выделки не стоит" Русская поговорка. А мужику низкий поклон за его труд и находчивость. Я не совсем понял ситуацию. После первой проковки Вы разрезали заготовку и сложили две детали вместе. Отковали заново. В результате в ценре поковки вы получили два слоя оболочки, в которую заворачивали лезвия. В чём смысл.?

Ну, на это, как человек, который когда-то поверхностно изучал технологию производства сталей (я технолог машиностроитель по образованию), я могу попытаться ответить. Самое лучшее сочетание, когда сталь внутри мягкая, а снаружи твёрдая. Кстати, именно такой принцип был в Дамасской стали, в Булатной стали и в самурайских мечах. Вероятно этого данный чел и пытался добиться. Чем твёрже сталь, тем она более хрупкая при ударных нагрузках. Более мягкая и пластичная сердцевина придаёт ей прочность от ударов, не давая ломаться. Обычно подобное делают, например для режущих частей резцов, пил и других режущих инструментов. При этом упрочнение наружного слоя обычно производят при быстром нагреве поверхности в электро-дуговых печах. Так и называется этот процесс - поверхностная закалка. Внутренний метал при этом остаётся мягким и не закалённым. Дуга проникает в металл всего на несколько миллиметров от его поверхности. Так это делается при массовом производстве обычно. Тут же чел похоже просто решил поместить внутрь мягкий и обычный металл, а снаружи хотел оставить слой из качественной легированной стали. А вот зачем он всё это проделывал, когда подобное можно купить готовым, а купленных им лезвий, ему бы хватило на бритьё до конца его жизни, вот в чём вопрос?...

You Using Charcoal As Burning, that will add more Carbon content inside iron..it will be more efficient if you coating iron with water clay and burn it together, that ways it will save more Carbon inside iron.. The More Carbon inside iron, it sure be sharp
