Oh and the 2022 "skins" are just there to for you to flex the fact you spent cash on a skin before they changed the system so everyone can get the exact identical skin for free by grinding.

It's not the exact same skin btw. The splash is the same, but in-game the skins have some differences.

It is technically slightly different in game. But yeah, the main reason for multiple versions is to differentiate when you got the skin, since in 2022 they reworked the Prestige skin system, making them a lot easier to get. You can't get the non-2022 versions anymore, so the older versions of the skin are more "rare".

Caitlyn and Vi are a couple, canon. Riot, who makes League, has hinted and teased for a long time, but as of Arcane, they lean into it heavy. The couple features prominently during Pride month together with a few other queer couples from the roster. The ghost girl hanging out with Aphelios is Alune, his sister. The big dragon Aurelion Sol is a god, who has been around since the first breath of the cosmos. He creates stars for fun.

I am a League player, this is awesome to watch. Something important to note: The 2XKO devs said that they can turn ANY LoL champ into "a sick fighting game player" (if you use that quote you can find the interview p easily), so don't necessarily skip past the monster characters. Excited to see part 2!

I would love to see the next part of these kind of videos. Very entertaining, but I would like you guys to watch the champion's abilities to know what's this champion does then turned into a fighting game character. (Saw that Diana's abilities didn't get looked on). Subbed!

You are the ONLY one that requested the moves to be looked! So honestly we did look at them. To see how they would perform in a fighting game. I personally cut them out cause that made the video EVEN LONGER. So if more ppl wanna see the skills i'll be happy to keep them in the next video!

Worlds skins are skins released for the big international tournament every year. They usually pick someone who's a pro favorite, and azir is one of the most difficult and most pro favored characters

some skins are a bit "strange" because they are homages to teams that have won the LOL world cup, not all of them have an interesting design if you don't know the team and the players

@@JeromeTelos How did it feel rushed? I personally felt it was a great finale, so many little things hidden that's hard to notice on the first watch. Btw its just the season finale, season 2 is the end of Jinx's story. Maybe it's because I've played league and know the lore, but people I know that haven't say they liked the end too.

@@Bud_Buddha Finale wise it was good. I'm a harsh critic tho. The build up by the end to...meet the end, was rushed imo. I personally think it should have had at least one more episode or two to explore why hammer dude even reached out to the villain for the treaty, to see more of the internal conflict in the villain to choose between his life goal and Jinx, the council choosing to immediately let go one of the members, more raids maybe to see the hammer dude slowly realize that this wasn't gonna end and that could have easily lean into why he reached him out but it took a single child to change that. And that child being "important" for one of the underground leaders didn't lead to anything at all. That was just there for conveyance sake. Beginning was good Middle was good but fell a little too steep with the storytelling and then the death of the council as we know it. which was good cause we see Jinx finally saying screw it all. I just needed more. It legit felt like it was missing something and I wasn't FEELIING when the villain said he wouldn't have traded Jinx. I would have said more but that's a review style i aint doing in the comments.

@@Bud_Buddha I guess YT didn't save the reply? In short the ending was good but the build up to it could have been better. I'm a harsh critic. I think there could have been one more episode or two to explain and show things more regarding the internal conflict of the characters. From even the other council members before they let go one of the members. We could have gotten more Raids by the hammer dude and seeing him realize that no matter how many he stops the distribution wont end and seeing the kid by the end of his personal multiple raids would have been great for him. But we just see him over a body on his first raid and that was enough to come into contact with the villain. Didn't like that. And also the fact that the kid was "important" was dumb cause that didn't lead to anything (for now at least) we just know he was the son of one of the underground leaders. And I would have liked to see the villain having more internal conflict regarding Jinx before his end. but we dont see that. we know he gets annoyed with her but never as a daughter until he pours one out saying he understands now. I would have loved to have seen him see Jinx as a daughter but that didnt happen till the end and sadly I wasn't feeling it too. Which sucks cause I know its there. I see the emotion but I wasnt feeling it. All in all, it was good imo. The build up to the ending could have been better imo but its not ass.

@@JeromeTelos That’s fair, for Silco I actually liked that they made it ambiguous about whether or not he loved Jinx more or the dream he’s been chasing his whole life for. Something’s definitely could’ve been fleshed out more, but the show was in production hell for 6 years, so I’m happy it even came out and got popular in the first place.

well this is a fighting game, size doesnt matter when putting someone in. What matters is body uniqueness. Snake,Centaur,ect. That's where is goes 80/20 in regards of them not being in a fighting game

1:04:35 I wouldn't put anything past Riot and their creative and technical teams, it may take a while but if there is a chance it would be cool i guarantee you they will try and make things happen. I agree it probably is not worth animating creatures but from Arcane the show it was a production nightmare (it took 6 years to make since they had to combine both 2d and 3d animation) maybe they'll release some creature champions eventually. One of the thing that makes Riot so successful imo is that they have no fear in terms of trying something new and innovating stuff.

Honestly, I genuinely love that you came into the subject with an understanding mind set regarding the unique monster body. Thats what i'm saying. I said Alistar should be in cause yes he is a monster but design wise, so far, he is the most compelling monster to be put in cause he's still on two legs. It's not like i'm saying no out of ignorance as some others think. But the industry just dont wanna do that stuff anymore. Hell if they do make a unique champion in 2XKO i'll be pleasantly surprised!

Akali is literally Ibuki with a smoke grenade. I feel like they took direct inspiration from Ibuki when designing her current appearance (she used to have a much more simplistic ninja girl design prior to her rework) Give some respect to the monster champs though, smh. If 2HKO ends up just being a roster full of safe humans and booby girls I'm gonna be upset. Your opinions about creatures being animated are kinda ignorant, ngl. There are plenty of recent 3D fighting games out there with animated creature characters, four-legged characters, characters with tentacles etc. Just look at Guilty Gear, Smash Bros, Marvel 3 and so on. One of the characters in GGXrd is literally a bed with wheels. It's not much harder than animating a biped if you've got a skeleton for it, so that's a silly excuse.

No, monster like characters CAN work absolutely. But as of recent years we haven't had that. Nemesis doesnt count or Jedah. Having SKILLS with tentacles or crazy teeth animations can be done but when a character is pure of unique designs again like a snake or the dude in a plane, in a fighting game scenario its not impossible to do but its more like it'll be annoying to create and fight. And they would have to work with unique hurt/hitboxes to make it work and balancing is its own monster. The last time we had a slight Monster would be Motaro in MK1 as an assist but you dont see them making him into a playable character. Bedman in GG has been a thing for YEARS now too. They had a skeleton to work with thanks to their ambition in GGXRD/Rev2. Ignorant, sure I don't mind that. I'm just sharing thoughts and the history to how developers are when it comes to making unique characters. Hell even in the Jojo arena game the damn bird (forgot his name) was a playable character. and he was broken and they didnt bother remaking him in the Eyes over Heaven game. Again it's just how ppl are nowadays. But you can be optimistic. I ain't hating you for that. Again i just sharing some info/thoughts
