Hi, and thank you for that. I am absolutely an HSP and an empath and I’m currently on a twin flame journey. As you can imagine the triggers can be quite intense. My question, and something I would love for you to do a video on is how to set boundaries in a twin flame journey, and how to know when you’re doing so from soul versus ego/trauma

A highly sensitive person is born this way, not from trauma, even if trauma exists, it's not what makes us happy, it's a trait, like blue eyes. Research Dr Elaine aron, she is the one who coined the term hsp

And she specifically says when she's talking about innateness, that it is a survival strategy in which you observe before you act.

Happy Wednesday and thank you for another informative video. Could you do one on false twin flames? I think it will help alleviate some unnecessary suffering for those searching for answers who never heard of the tf journey (like me). Your video on the one true sign of a TF made me think I was on one with no other explanation for what I was experiencing (feeling his energy, unable to cord cut, separating, spiritually catalyzing, etc.). Thanks again

I have a lot of old requests for videos on False Flames, but the topic is way too dense to make videos on, so I have a large portion of my book dedicated to it.

So, when your raise your vibration depending how high the frequency is, you see everything as neutral.....it just is.

Wow! Wonderful info! Thank you. I developed strong demand avoidance and am like a child sometimes so still not sure if I'm neurodivergent as well.

Could you create a video about TFs and grief? Mine was murdered in a prior incarnation and I think I’m still experiencing that grief (probably because I did not face it properly in that incarnation for whatever reason😊). Thank you!

Thank you so much! I always wondered why I was so sensitive in those ways, now I know that I'm HSP. If possible, could you explain what it means to be recieving angel numbers so frequently?

One of my channeled messages during this journey (mine has already ended, the last echoes were 2 months ago) was: not to transfer other people's fears onto yourself. this is very important for people with the so-called hot empathy. that is, feeling other people's emotions as their own. because: we won't help the other person with anything if we are also anxious... this is a deep topic. Personally, I think that extremely sensitive people can terrorize those around them🫢🤔 I know it's controversial, but that's what I think.

Haha. I agree with the first part, the second part is funny, but I still understand what you're trying to say. It becomes a cycle of absorption, external release, and then outer support which begins the absorption again.

@@wearethesamenergyExactly. I had a friend like that. 100% karmic. after 2 years I was a wreck and I never thought it was because of her. for example, we went to a rock concert. I spent it comforting her and getting her headache medication. she wanted to commit suicide because her boss criticized her, I was looking for her for 2 days. I am also sensitive to criticism: but probably not that much... she herself said that she experienced some major trauma in her childhood. I used to feel sorry for her. now I feel sorry for myself😜

Hi Alexx! A while ago I became aware of the underlying 'issues'/causes of being a sensitive person. And since I've been on the TF journey, I've also been trying to work on my own healing. But sometimes I don't know where to start... it's a long list of 'issues' and traumas. What would you recommend to start your healing journey with? (I imagine this could be different for everyone). I have been doing trauma processing in therapy for a few months now. But I still feel overwhelmed by so much every day… is there a practice or first step that might help? (and I’ve watched your Chaser series, which is already helping me!)
@wearethesamenergy

Start with one. Don't overwhelm yourself with the 'laundry list' of "issues and traumas" you have. Just pick one thing that you believe you can get to the core of, or something that doesn't affect you all the time. And I think that self-care is super important for you as well 💜
