Thank you for your honesty about struggling with the calling God placed on you. We DO struggle with the path that God has prepared for us because it is so beyond our human capabilities. But thank God for your obedience, you went where God directed you and stepped into the good work He prepared for you. And you are blessing people with Gods love.

CUH is a richer place for having Andy Dovey and all the chaplaincy team providing such wonderful pastoral and spiritual support to the patients, relatives and staff. I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Andy and his team and feel thankful for his professional and personal support.

They sashay into your room with smug looks on their faces and want to know what part you think their God has had in your illness/recovery/whatever. I tell them NONE because those things don't exist, an they leave. I caught one trying it on my mother, bad choice, we both told her to get scarce. Try asking if the patient wants your nonsense before you show up.
