Very cool information I find agate here in Kansas. One of them looks similar to one of your. I'm in the northeast region Manhattan area the blue river and the Kansas are good hunting grounds. Thank you for sharing!

they should be fairly affordable unless you want one of those huge agates, big ones are very rare

the rarest lakers are copper replacement agates, I have been collecting LSA's for 8 years and while I have quite a few specimens of the rarer forms of lakers such as tube agates, eye agates, and amethyst agates, I have yet to come across a copper agate.

I haven’t found any. (Because I’m never there lol) You can even find Lake Superior agates in Kansas and northwest Missouri! Lake Superior agates are found in a large area thanks to the ice age glaciers 👍🏽 maybe someday I’ll tear myself away from southeastern Missouri to head northwest and find my own LSA
