And the magnet choice doesn't really come into how powerful or precise it is. It can influence sensitivity, but so can diaphragm material and shape, suspension, former type, cooling method, motor parameters and topology, etc those things also influence precision as well as topology, dampening rings, done dampening etc. The magnet type may influence the over all total drivers weight, but not the moving mass. I get this is a beginners introduction to speakers and is a simplification of these kinds of ideas, and the production value is very professional, just some things stood out loud and proud to me.
