Yeah. My party just finished killing our first one a little more than an hour ago. Somehow no one in the party died. Our cleric got knocked out in two hits (she has a lot of HP), but otherwise got healed up.

Tiny, intelligent dragons with a poisonous stinger on their tail and a catlike personality. Pseudodragons are mischievous but friendly and make good familiars for non-evil wizards.

I'm slowly working through your playlist and find it fascinating. I am a new dm and constantly looking for new creatures and monsters to throw against my party and to just inhabit my world but I never really hear about the lore or history of the creature. Since you've done OwlBears.....how about BugBears next?

What are the types of and differences between devils and demons?

Devils, also known as baatezu, are lawful evil and come from the plane of Baator, also known as the Nine Hells or simply Hell. They are rigid and organized into ruthless legions of conquest ruled by a complex hierarchy including the Dukes of Hell, the Archdevils, and above all Asmodeus, the King of Hell, who rules over all of Baator with an iron fist. Demons, also called tanar'ri, are chaotic evil and come from the plane known as the Abyss. They love mayhem and corruption and come together in vast unorganized hordes. The Abyss is ruled by countless Demon Lords who are constantly fighting among themselves. The most powerful is Demogorgon, the Prince of Demons, but he must constantly defend himself from his many rivals. There are also the neutral evil daemons, also known as yugoloths, who come from the Gray Waste, aka Hades. They are subtle manipulators who only want to spread suffering any way they can, often by offering their services to other fiends as mercenaries.

Small, weak humanoids who are nonetheless very cunning and good with traps. They resemble tiny lizard-people with ratlike tails and yapping voices. Kobolds live in underground warrens defended by traps and guard animals like giant weasels. They particularly hate gnomes, who share their habitat. They believe their god, Kurtulmak, was humiliated by the gnome god Garl and want revenge.
