You're definitely the leader in this field, no one is talking about the subject as much or as extensively as you do. Thanks Andrew and the team for all your effort and the free knowledge you share, you don't know how eye opening this is for a lot of people (it gave me brand new perspective on life, and for that i'm forever grateful to you). I would like to give back, if there is anyway i could, please don't hesitate to ask.

We're 40% of the way into our 100 countries goal. For us, we have enjoyed experiencing what each country has to offer. Looking back over the countries we've visited, there are some that we'd love to revisit and spend time living in and others that we're not in a rush to go back to again. We've noticed that many people that have travelled more extensively do like to take their time and really experience a place, which is one thing that the nomad lifestyle offers.

It can be troublesome being a PT nowadays, because tax authorities and financial institutions ask where you are tax resident, and don’t much like the answer “nowhere”. Being tax resident somewhere often requires you to live there for 183 days a year. I am interested in countries where you can establish tax residence with a shorter stay. I think Georgia allows this, but you have to show quite considerable wealth.

Originally from Manila left home in 2009 after finishing Uni in 2008 for San Francisco lasted a year to and from for a year during the banking crash and before pivoting to Singapore in 2010 got married there in 2012 and travelled SEA + the US then decided to leave the island state by 2014 left at the last month of 2015 for Manchester to take up a masters in Digital MA travelled the UK and next pivoted to Dubai in 2016 post the initial Brexit vote been living here in the UAE since then and went back packing western europe in 2017 (Baby making ) having my first born in 2018 next I am thinking of carrying on investing in long term stocks in The Philippines and Buying a 2nd flat ( my first one earns 1,800 USD / month so it pays for its own ) ... Thinking of moving next to Spain when my daughter is able to comprehend Mom and Dad’s professional Nomad lifestyle ... shes learning at 1 we flew with her to Tokyo and Manila, we reckon it would be favorable for her to learn at an early age how is life being a global citizen. Also we are currently exploring the Arab world and I fly to the EU every year for a week for Design training. So far this Nomad lifestyle evidently positions us in a unique segmentation within the professional commercial industry anyhow just sharing my story, with the hopes to inspire others like us that this Nomad lifestyle is both very insightful and enriching.

I am a US citizen but I have a condo in the Philippines(Mall of Asia). It turns over in September. But condos are pricey. I want to be able to have multiple units that I can put on Reddoorz and Airbnb. Any suggestions for me?

DD mate I would always recommend to invest in flats that are located in CBD ( central business district ) areas where white collar professionals come to work at. Namely Makati, BGC, Ortigas and Eastwood. Also look into what is your investment strategy are you doing it for short term or long term? Flipping it ( buy & sell ) or are you like me holding on to it up until I pass it on to my kids or liquidate it when I want to retire in my mid 50s . If you have been to Manila traffic is terrible so you know expats and professional family men / women would want to live close to where they work, so I provide that kind of set up ... namely a 2BR with 2PL so that they can have 2 cars to have a go about given that road regulations in Manila have a coding policy. If you want to go for AirB&B style I would suggest getting a 1BR at either Makati or BGC cause they are central and the most advanced of the metro so tourists will love to stay there for a couple of days or weeks ... Now if you want to invest in flats where you can house dorm types of people targeted at the Chinese Professionals ( the recent influx of gaming professionals from China/Macau ) best that you invest in flats that just do the job ( the basics nothing fancy - as they will trash it anyway ) ... last advise is look into foreclosed flat units through banks because a lot of over seas Filipino workers and locals tend not to pay up and the banks acquire their properties , so you will get a good deal on that plus you can make a deal with a decent loan but you have to have cash , it is recommended to start investing with 5M Php with an emergency fund of 2M to keep that investment going for 18 months in case of emergency. Hope this gives you some insight into my approach in investing at the Manila property market.

@@ConceptArtDesign that is the best advice that I received so far. And was pretty thorough. Yes I'm looking for cash flow long-term and short-term. So both the strategies that you told me was great. The new information I really got that I appreciate is looking into foreclosed property at the banks. Pretty much it's the same game everywhere in the world. Thank you
