C5/6: Status post ACDF. No definite evidence of cord compression on this exam. No evidence of retrolisthesis on this exam. Moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Is ACDF thorough enough for cord compression and bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. “”Should I ask for Foraminotomy???”” Please let me know. I’m literally going insane.

@@Lord_Don thanks for reaching out. For bilateral symptoms, ACDF is a very reasonable approach. This video is a generic guide and I would go by the advice given by your surgeon.
